[Resolved]  Express It Courier — ICICI bank courier was not delivered

What is this non-sence ? ? ? Lukhao ! ! ! I received courier of icici bank from u, but when we open then we found that some free gift coupon vochers were to be lost. I am ensure that it is done by your courier man. U pls take necessary steps otherwise i claim on u.

"SR93418307: LAN : Provisional IT Certificate is despatched on[protected] via express it courier, AWB no. [protected]." Above message received from ICICI bank but still not received. Courier takes only 24 hrs for delivery normaly form mumbai to ahmedabad. Why does it take so long time? It is very important for me to submit it to my account department.

I Agree to whatever said against Express IT courier. In my case i was expecting some statement from ICICI Bank and twice it was sent back. I wonder what the hell these people do when the customer himself is tracking and following up for the courier and is left invain.

I think its a mutual tie up between ICICI Bank and Express IT to delay the couriers as i had thrice updated my contact details and still its getting returned without any intimation from anyone. Surprisingly i got a unprofessional reply from ICICI Bank executives that they dont have any clue about the courier that was sent back and but obvious that Express IT courier pple play blame game amongst themselves.


I hope these pple understand their responsibility and act wisely.

A courier was sent by ICICI Bank to me in mumbai on my office address Office no.3 Shubham bld Gr.flr Akruli road near HDFC bank Kandivali East Mumbai 400101.It was not yet delivered.There is always somebody in the office at am9:30 to 5:00 pm. The courier contains an important NOC Letter of account I require on very urgent.

I think the licence of Express IT should be taken away .
I have been waiting for my ICIC online password from past 2 months now, reapplying every 2 weeks because they cannot track my address which is" Indian Institute of science ", Bangalore . I dont understand what kind of are working there who dont know IISc which stands there since more than 100 Yrs .
I would not do any transactions with ICICI further on .
