[Resolved] Express It Courier — BAD SERVICE | |||
Express IT courier doesn't work professionally and they are really fraud. I will be available all the time in my home awaiting for my PAN card which necessary for me but my PAN card has been returned back to nsdl for the reason of "Consignee not available". But a day before my PAN card returned back to nsdl, i got a call from express IT courier regarding "did you get your PAN card" i said NO for that they told sure you will get tomorrow. But when i checked the status on next day they told your courier has been returned backed to nsdl since we dont have a service on your area" but here is a comedy in metro city chennai they dont have a service rather than where these people have a service really i dont know. And i tried to get the contact number on chennai they gave some numbers which is not in Active. Then only i thought they are really Fraud. But i wondered why NSDL preferred EXpress IT courier rather than some other good courier services like DHL, First flight, PROFESSIONAL. Was this information helpful? | |||

God save this company, it has such a bad mode of operating. This is the worst courier company I have come across in my 8 years of sevice. My SBI Credit Card has been with the courier company now for almost two months, it makes me wonder whether I am the credit card holder or is it the courier company. The other courier companies are 100 times better than Express IT.

I am really very annoyed with the service provided by this Express IT Courier Service. I am supposed to get my newly issued ICICI bank Debit Card sent by ICICI bank to me but I am still waiting for the same. Moreover the phone nos i.e. 30672909/10/14, though thy are ringing but no one is picking up the call. Rediculous Service !!!

You are telling fact my dear, my sbi credit card courier send on[protected], today am writing[protected], still am waiting for my courier, at the same time my send a letter to me from delhi by post, i got yesterday, if express it courier giving this type of service peoples and corporate also will not use this useless courier
I am having horrible experience with express IT. My ICICI card is pending with them for more than 2 weeks in sanpada, navi mumbai. The call centre doesnt pick up calls - in fact, they keep on disconnecting it. Even if you get through, they have a no care attitude. First they told me that the address given by ICICI is incomplete and so, it has been forwarded to my second address. When I asked them what the address was, they said only the branch person would know. So, I managed to get the branch phone number. First, they gave me a number which was not in use and then I got another number which looks valid. But till date, even after multiple attempts, noone has picked up the phone in the branch -in both branches - sanpada and vikhroli.
I told them to redirect it to the first address - this time, the call centre lady told me the address and it turned out to be the complete address. Wondering why it was termed incomplete in the first place and how this time, the call centre had the address. And the promise was that it would be delivered on that date. I am stil waiting. I have been calling them up every day - same response. And they disconnect calls in between also.
I have written twice to the customer care address and havent received any reply so far. So, from 15th June to 1st of July today, I am still waiting for deliverance. Have already raised the issue with ICICI - wondering why they use such unprofessional and badly managed courier companies.
