My post form ICICI credit card is despatched since 3rd Oct 2008. and it is laying with you at Chennai.till date I have not recieved my post. I want to know what are you doing with this post keeping with you? are you want to misuse of this post?

Express IT Courier — non delivery of post

Dear Sir,
One post from delhi has been booked for me on 29/01/09, by express IT, regarding the same i got a sms on my mobile, that your post has been despatched by express IT courier vide AWB no [protected], and u will get ur post within four working days, So i was waiting for my post and also checking the status of the post in express IT website "tracking option" twice a day, today i checked up around 2 o'clock than the status shown "in transit" when i called on express IT bangalore office no 25227682, they assured it will be delivered to you today itself by evening, and taken my contact no stating that after checking the status they will inform,
due to saturday my whole family was at home only whole day, no body has come for delivery of the post and nobody phoned on any of my no either my landline no or my mobile no, and pls note when i checked up the status of the post again in express IT website "tracking option" around 4 o'clock, its shown "exception- consignee not available"
I am not able to understand how they can do like that without coming for delivery how they can update "consignee not available" they have my both nos. if they got any confusion about the address they must call me on my any nos.it is quite impossible that "consignee not availabe " becoz due to the saturday my whole family was at home only.

EXpress IT Courier service — Not Delivered the New Card

TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERNED

I have applied PAN for my wife and I got an updated from the PAN application Site that it has been despatched via Express IT courier.

Name : DEEPTHY SREENIVASAN
Category : Individual
Status : Your PAN card has been dispatched on 28-Jan-2009 by Expressit Logistics Worldwide Ltd. courier vide airway bill no. [protected], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application.

When i checked the Express IT site, they are saying that the address is incomplete. I am really wondering and amazed to know this because this is the same address in her Passport and in all her address of communication. How can an address in the Passport be wrong? This is the first time that i get a comment like this.

I tried calling them, noone is picking the phone. This is the worst courier service i have ever seen. How can we stop this service. I have seen a lot of complaints in this site. Can some one take a proper action on the same ?

I faced a lots of problems in the delivery of my consignment to gurgaon. I call 100 times at the delhi call centere of the express it & no one is picking up the phones if it has been picked then the false statements being made about the delivery & promise being given always for the delivery of the consignment.I have not received my courier & courier is return back to the chenna office from where it has been originated. During my conversation i have words with the Express it representive it this include the Conversation with the call center no.[protected]/[protected]/2916/2909, with Mr Vijat Mobile No.[protected] who once picked up the phone & ask me to please hold the line but he cut down the line and after that he never pick up the phone like he has taken the credit from me & the i came across Mr. Uday who is the Manager of the north zone express it & they said that the courier will be delivery on 13/09/10 infect of the delivery it has been return back to the Chennai office where it has been originated.And he also not picking up the phone.Then i finally come across with Mr, Kapil who is the regional manager os the delhi & he said that your 2 new consignment will be deliver today but the same case has been happen today i.e. false committment.

i had recieved a sms regarding the dispatch of my PAN card through expressit vide #[protected] on 12/09/2012..on your site its tracking status is still showing in transit and inbound at AGR from 20/09/2012..i contacted your customer care several times..they assured me that it will be delivered on the very next day everytime i contacted them..today i asked them for your agra office address..they gave me the address...when i reached that locality, i found that they have given the incomplete address, anyhow i managed to reach the said address...when i reached the complex i came to know from the other shopkeepers in the same complex that the expressit office has closed there since 2 years..and please note that your customer service gave the addrerss which was not in use for 2 years now... so there the shopkeepers gave me the new address..no one knew the exact new address..after hours of searching i found your new office..which i found there was also closed since a week from the local shopkeepers and that several other customers have also came there since morning..and 100s of them in that week..and all have to return..!!! your agra office number is not working..it is switched off frm many days..

I strongly agree your concern. I am having same problem. Express It is the worst courier i have encountered in my life. The customer care is the worst service I have ever faced. They just cut the calls or put down the receiver. My pan card was dispatched on Sep 15, 2012. As per their records it is in the office which is 250 meters away from my house. I went to that office and I found it locked. I asked the people around that place and they said that the office is always closed. This company is completely fake. Why the heck the government organization use such fake companies to deliver. Many people faced same problem. Why cant we as civilian put a petition or complaint against this fraud, illegal, fake company.

Expressit Courier — no response

I has to receive courier cover from express it, the party has informed me by bill no and despatch date. After 4 days I call the following nos 32467027, 32467030, 27763755, 27763756 to know the status of my courier. After dialing whole day they lifted only one time and ask the bill no and inform later but no responce. This kind of service never seen in my life.

Express IT — Courier not delivered

The company was given a consignment 3 times and all 3 times they returned back by saying consignee not available at that address. I did not get any call from the courier delivery agents, neither anyone came at my address on the date they mentioned that they visited.

The service and attitude of Express IT Courier is as bad as it can get. They are not only irresponsible, but arrogant to the core. They never delivered a package that I was to receive from HSBC (Mumbai). They just updated the package status as "Delivered" and had the audacity to mark the "Delivered to " as my name !! when I was out of town the whole day.

Is this how a company operates? What the fcuk is the CEO doing? Is he even looking at customer complaints? I am not sure how companies like HSBC use their services. It's ridiculously sick to even talk to their customer service. Those folks think they are the royal highnesses of England and are telling me that the package is delivered when I knew that already.

How are they even around? I for one would NEVER EVER use their services and strongly urge everybody to STAY AWAY from EXPRESS IT COURIER.

They suck big time !!!

I have to get a courier from ICICI bank on 6th of August 2008.But till 12th I didn't received any courier.I made a call to ICICI bank and found that the courier was delivered to an authorized person on 6th at 11:00'o clock.

3) Person speaking in office is a data entry operator and don't know how to see complaints.
4) Sometimes the security will lift the phone and said the internal telephone connections are dead.
5) There is no one in the office and sometimes they lift the phone and they will not answer just they keep aside.

A person named Anil responded on 19th August and said the courier was delivered in ICICI bank Khairatabad.
I went to the bank and enquired about my courier but they said that it is not present and suggested me to again confirm from the courier service.
I called to courier service and again they said that they are trying to find where the courier is.
The people / employees in the office are not lifting / answering the phone.The security person is answering the phone.

This is all to say the Express courier service has to take necessary steps / actions and till now i didn't get my courier.

Express IT Courier — Worst service ever

Consider this:

I was sent an courier through ICICI on 21st October using this esteemed service which was supposed to reach me by 30th October latest...
Checked status on 2nd October : Address incomplete
called on 3rd November : Sir, the courier is still in Chennai, we will get you as soon as we receive it..
Called on 4th Morning : Sir, we received the courier only on 1st November(which incidentally was a holiday in karnataka !!!) you will get it today by 4
Called on 4th evening at 4:30: Sir, I talked to you in the morning...as I said you will get it by 7 in the evening...(see the time change from 4 in the eve to 7 in the eve)

Called on 5th morning: Sir, it will reach you today..yesterday it was late to deliver.
called on 6th morning: will track and let you know the status
Called on 7th morning at 11:50 : Sir, the courier was returned to Chennai because of incomplete address...

Meanwhile, No person ever came to my place...Please note that due to an accident, I am at bed rest for quite some time and as such they even can't claim that they tried delivering it...Also, this is the same address at which ICICI sends me all the details regularly.

Wht would you call this...an utterly ridiculous non-professional service...No accountability...They didn't even try to deliver the letter once.


Wonder why ICICI use them...to bring disrepute to themselves ??

Also the people don't even know how to speak to a customer. They occasionally attend the customer calls in the so called customer service(better to change the name).

I got call a from +[protected] on 18.7.2011 at 12.33 pm from Express IT courier saying that we cannot deliver you during mentioned hours, the lady rudely told me to call the icici bank as they cannot do anything. When I told her that it is between you and bank and I just need my courier she repeated the same thing and banged the down down. yes today 8th and 9th November there customer care no was +[protected] was out of service so you can understand the kind of courier company. My SBI Credit card send courier through this unknown company who has no customer care dept and no phone . so what other thing we can expect.

Dont trust over such a courier like Expressit. For the last 3-4 months, Barclays Bank Credit Card Statement sent through express IT courier hasn't reached me, but I get SMS saying the AWB No. and also it has been delivered etc. I checked their site (express it) - they don't have tracking system for public nor it's picks it's customer service no.

With so many complaints against this courier company, i am wondering all these banks don't check the POD(Proof of delivery) nor check in google to find their set of people who have given complaints.

I dono why banks like kotak icici are in tie with this useless fellows. the numbers given for this companies are totally waste and used only to increase our frustration, Pls check by calling all the below numbers to know about the idiotic service provided by them [protected], 42692028, 42656226, 42692031. i have to receive a cheque from kotak which is delayed for two weeks and more than that, still i ve not got any details about the cheque which is on their useless hands. even some small courier companies do the work well and good but these peoples having a website for tracking only to see how they are sleeping.

I have never heard about a courier company like this for non delivery and late deliveries. I dono why banks like ICICI in tie with this kind of people. My parcel from ICICI bank twice went back to the sender. Recently the courier sent on 02.01.10 and got call from delivery by to fix up time to deliver, but he never come to my place. The parcel went back to the sender.

Express IT Courier has been sitting over very important documents despatched by my Insurance Company for 15 days as of today. The documents despatched on August 13, 2010 are lying undelivered at their office in Gurgaon with tracking status on their website still showing status as 'Exceptions' after 15 days & they have never bothered to contact either the sender nor the consignee. Totally nonchalant & grossly irresponsible Express IT courier service.

This was credit card issues by the bank to me.I had received a call from the courier company that they would try to deliver the same day at my address but never did.I am not at all satisfied with their services and it brings me great displeasure.My address where i need the package is:U59/8,Room number 19,second floor, Near hotel Royal Ramiro,DLF phase-3,Gurgaon,Haryana(122010).The tracking number for the package is:[protected]. I have never seen such a lazy/sluggish and non-sincere courier company in my life. I am working for a Bank. All couriers sent thru the EXPRESSIT either delivered very late or not at all delivered to me.
They deliver tappals according to their convenience. They are not at all sincere. Four times I got SMS from them that one document could not be delivered to and so asked me to contact in 2 number[protected]. When I tried to contact those numbers more than 100 times, THEY NEVER LIFTED THE PHONE. Instead after the call was over becos of no answer, THEY PUT DOWN THE RECEIVER AS IS THEY WERE ATTENDING ANOTHER CALL.
Not even a single time they lifted the phone. Even anybody can check those numbers. But in almost all SMS from EXPRESSIT, they furnish to contact those 2 numbers.
Becos of these bad/worst behaviour of this, some of my couriers have been returned back to the sender. Lot of inconvenience becos of them.

I request you to do something to these non-sincere/Lazy persons otherwise lot of persons would be affected.

Non delivery of courier
I was supposed to get a courier delivered on the 21st of Dec '07. The courier boy came to my office address instead of my residence address. When the courier boy had come I was out for lunch. When I called the courier office to deliver the couier (My credit card) I was abruptly told that I would not be given the courier the same day. Moreover I told that I would be out of station the next few days but they rudely told me that that was none of their problem and they would check if the person is there and if not the courier would be sent back without notice. Even when I told that I could collect the same from the courier office they said it cannot be given to me.
such kind of courier companies spoil the service industry name and customer satisfaction rates.

Barclay Bank Statement — Didnot Received Despatched Consignment

I didnot receive the consignments which were despatched from Mumbai by Barclay Bank of AWB No's: [protected] of 8/3/2008 & [protected] of 14/4/2008. i got an sms saying "we tried to deliver yourconsignment today & they said to contact on their numbers given by them when i tried to contact on their number it was switched off. i even sent a mail to Expressit but there was no reply from them.

I then dialed up the mumbai customer service and verified the address and pin number and found out to be correct. Then i asked about the exception and message. He told he was clueless and you have to call the local customer care in kerala. I tried calling them up and that went unanswered. Now the status is delivered and when checked with Mumbai Express-IT, the courier is delivered in Cochin, 350 KMs far from the correct location. The courier send is a password, how can they deliver such sensitive consignment to a wrong address. This is happening for the 4th time. ICICI and their partners sucks BIG TIME!!

I have got one courier for Kotak mahindra bank, its a DD of huge amount, It has been sent in Express It courier and i didn't receive the courier for more than a week. then when I called the bank they said its returned because the office is closed. I am working in an IT company our company will not be closed any day of the week.

Recvd sms from kotak bank stating my credit card is on the way and it will reach within 4 working days. This message recvd during 8th july 2008. but even today(11th Sept 2008) i have not received the cover. Called the local courier office, zonal office and even customer care number but seems to be no response. "Really painful and irritated" I think top level management in express courier not doing the right job. If mngt is good the lower level will serve better for customers.But here its lacking... I have opted a credit card pre-approved loan in ICICI bank and they dispatch Demand draft thru this irresponsible (Express It) courier( courier dispatched from chennai on 8-Sep-08 AWB number : [protected]) some one called me on 10-Sep telling there is a courier and need landmark of my house I explained the same to him nearly 10 min and then he told he is in office today and he will bring it to my home tomrrow but that tomorrow didn't come.After 7 days I got the courier company number who can atleast pick up the phone after great difficulty. he told he have returned back the courier but till now (19-Sep) ICICI bank customer care tells the status in transit( means didn't receive the courier back). because of this delay of the money I have to pay 2000 rupees as interest to my credit card and fine for LIC policy (this activities were delayed only because of this dealy in delivey). Now I am paying the penalty for this idiotic courier service. I request to take severe action so that atleast some one in furure should not be affected like me

The most lousy courier company I have ever come across. The company talks about Vision, Mission, Values, Road ahead and what not. Not even a single aspect is followed. Its not Road ahead… all roads are blocked for them. I think they are least bothered about all these complaints.. and if they are thinking that what a difference these kind of complaints will make.. then it’s a dead block ahead.. This complaint is going to ALL THEIR CLIENTS.. in the right tone.

Do they think that we are begging for something. If they cannot deliver.. better they shut the shop and sit at home. The worst part is.. their website doesn’t provide the link for customer complaints.. once we click on the link it displays the message “could not perform this operation because the default mail client is not properly installed”.

The most irresponsible management and staff.. 100 times I would have tried the number.99% of the times the number is engaged. Just in case the number is ringing, the staff lift the phone and cut it again. If they cannot handle the calls and deliver the material on time.. why the hell are they into this business.

ExpressIT couriers — Poor Service

I got a sms asking me to contact ExpressIT on[protected]. For over two hours, the phone is either busy or when not busy, it keeps rining - nobody picks it up

God save this company, it has such a bad mode of operating. This is the worst courier company I have come across in my 8 years of sevice. My SBI Credit Card has been with the courier company now for almost two months, it makes me wonder whether I am the credit card holder or is it the courier company. The other courier companies are 100 times better than Express IT.

SBI PEOPLE WAKE UP AND CHANGE THE COURIER COMPANY YOU ARE WITH AS OF NOW.

You are telling fact my dear, my sbi credit card courier send on[protected], today am writing[protected], still am waiting for my courier, at the same time my send a letter to me from delhi by post, i got yesterday, if express it courier giving this type of service peoples and corporate also will not use this useless courier

I am having horrible experience with express IT. My ICICI card is pending with them for more than 2 weeks in sanpada, navi mumbai. The call centre doesnt pick up calls - in fact, they keep on disconnecting it. Even if you get through, they have a no care attitude. First they told me that the address given by ICICI is incomplete and so, it has been forwarded to my second address. When I asked them what the address was, they said only the branch person would know. So, I managed to get the branch phone number. First, they gave me a number which was not in use and then I got another number which looks valid. But till date, even after multiple attempts, noone has picked up the phone in the branch -in both branches - sanpada and vikhroli.
I told them to redirect it to the first address - this time, the call centre lady told me the address and it turned out to be the complete address. Wondering why it was termed incomplete in the first place and how this time, the call centre had the address. And the promise was that it would be delivered on that date. I am stil waiting. I have been calling them up every day - same response. And they disconnect calls in between also.
I have written twice to the customer care address and havent received any reply so far. So, from 15th June to 1st of July today, I am still waiting for deliverance. Have already raised the issue with ICICI - wondering why they use such unprofessional and badly managed courier companies.

I, Manoj Jaiswal, facing the same problem. My courier has been sent from IDBI Bank through ExpressIT courier service on 14.10.2010. But I did not received yet my courier. Its almost over then 3 weeks. I contacted to Bank and they gave me the Ref Number and AWB Numebr. I checked online and I surprised that it shows the status Delivered on 22.10.2010 at 15: hrs. The receipant name is Sunita and relationship is Wife. In actual My wife name is Priyanka and we (me & wife) did not received any courier. I called too many times to courier company but they are not lifting my phone. I wrote an emal also but not getting any response from them. I am unable to understand that where they have delivered my courier because it is an important and crucial document. Also I need help that how can I get my courier.

ExpressIT is the biggest fraud courier company i have came across. Even i faced a same story as you people. I have got a PAN card thru the courier and when i tracked the order, i have a message it is delivered and the customer support claims that the courier is delivered and some one has signed, but no name/number of the person is available with them. Web site holds information that the courier is delivered on Jan10th, today is Jan 18th and still I am waiting for the courier to reach me. I don't know whether i have to luck to get my PAN card or not.

Not received our ATM Pin Mailer which is sent through Express IT Courier.

We are in the Urge to get the ATM pin mailer of HDFC bank. When we contact the Bank they said the mailer is being dispatched through Express IT Courier.
We haven't received it yet its more than 7 days...And when we try to call them up there is no response.They are not at all picking up the call.

The Consumer Forum should take some action over this Express IT Courier.Banks please avoid sending our couriers through this stupid company.

Either let him do his service properly or close his company.
