Parene.My Pan Card no is AWDPP9396H .My Application No.is[protected] and my Fee Coupon No.is[protected] My Contact no is [protected].As per the records of income tax department it’s already been dispatched on 28/04/08.It will be urgent for me to open bank account .SO, I request you to please take an immediate action against them.

I have not yet received till date the AWB No.-[protected] booked from ICICI Bank on 12.09.2008, your drlivery boy (thair contact no. is [protected])come my home dated 12/09/2008 at 2:10 P.M. but i am in office than call me & tell me i come at your home tomorrow at 11:00 A.M. but he came at my home while i leave at 1:30 P.M.

A courier was sent by ICICI Bank to the above name with address No b5, officers quts, kamarajer salai, t.nagar, chennai 600017 with AWB No[protected] on 18/9/2008.

The cover contains an important communication and I have suffered a lot because of non delivery of the same.


I request u to pls arrange to deliver the same at the earliest. pls give me call, before deliver the shipment.

I am Ramchandra from Pune, today (12.12.08) your courier person had come to my office to deliver ICICI bank credit card but at thet time I was having lunch & I could not met him, he even did not wait for 5 minutes & went away.please take immediate action.

My ICICI credit card and add on card has been returned back thrice by express IT as My home is 25 Kms from their Jalandhar Office. The Company Reps have blatantly told me that they will neither deliver it nor ring me up. How am I going to get my credit card as ICIC refuses to send the cards by Any other courier like DTDC who delivers couriers here. What is the use of Express It accepting the courier if they are not going to delicer. My AWB Nos are [protected] and [protected] and the card have been sent back to ICICI withoput the company reps either coming to my house or contacting me.
