The Ticket Pe Ticket Free offer is a publicity gimmick of Ezeego1 & SpiceJet.

"Book a SpiceJet ticket with Ezeego1 and get a SpiceJet Ticket Free. However, Taxes & Surcharges as applicable to be paid."

And guess what the (airfare) ticket charges are -- Rs. 99/-. So effectively you get Rs. 99/- off per passenger.
