I ordered a Juicer Mixer Grinder on 30th Oct'10
The product i received was defective!

The futurebazar has taken back the product but is not giving me the date of receiving fresh product even a confirmation about the same is not given

The call center is utterly unhelpful in this regard.

The money has already been charged from my account.

I would suggest others to be cautious while making purchase from them

This is with reference to your order number [protected] on ww.futurebazaar.com.

It has been very unfortunate that you have received the product ‘Morphy Richards Divo Essentials 3 Jar Juicer’ in a damaged condition. We have taken all the necessary precaution in packaging of the product to ensure the same is delivered to you in perfect condition however at times while in transit the product gets damaged which has happened in your case.

We would like to confirm that the product has been picked up by our logistic partners on 15th November 2010 from your specified shipping address. Simultaneously we have arranged for a replacement product to be shipped across to you. The replacement product has been shipped via Aramex courier airway bill number [protected] and is currently in Transit. We are actively following up with the logistic partners for the delivery of the product. Please be rest assured that the same will be delivered at your specified shipping address by our logistic partners.

We re-assure you that we take incidence like this very seriously and are already taking corrective measure to ensure elimination of such incidence in future. You are a valued customer and we apologise once again for the inconvenience caused.
