Hello All, Pls beware of buying products from Ezone...they might sell the products giving misleading information. Below is the mail I had sent to Ezone management explaining how I was duped by Ezone salesman...but till now ...nothing has been done ! ...I'd suggest ...better buy products from CROMA which has a much better customer-vendor relationship and good after sales support ! ========= Mail to EZONE dated 28th Nov 2010 =============== Hi, I purchased a Microsoft Mouse and Chamalion Rechargable battery+charger set on 23/11/2010 (Cash Memo# T12/1947; Tin No - [protected]) for Rs1745/-. Before buying I had the following two queries and i had decided to buy the above products only if my requirements are fulfilled. 1) I already had a MS wireless mouse. My query was if I buy a new MS wireless mouse, whether new mouse's USB drive can be used in my old MS mouse. The sales man confidently convinced that that it would definitely work. So, instead of purchasing a cheaper mouse (such as logitech etc), I purchased MS mouse for Rs 950/- hoping that I can use the USB drive in my old mouse. Upon using I found that it is not working. The salesman had lied to me. 2) The second product I purchased was Chamelion rechargable battery with charger. My query was how do I know if the battery is fully charged or not. The salesman again confidently convinced me that after full recharged, the red LEDs in the charger would turn green. I reconfirmed from him that I would only buy this product only if it gives an indication after full charge. After using, I found that the model BC-100 is not giving any such indication. When I went through the manual (which was inside package), I found that this model does not support my requirement. At that moment, I was really pissed off... the salesman has again duped me. I really regretted of buying this costly product for Rs 795/- which does not have the basic requirement. There are many models available in the market half the price of this one which has such indicators. Honestly, I feel like being cheated by EZONE. They had duped me giving false and incorrect information about proudts. My concerns:- a) Are the salesmen trained by EZONE management to tell lies to sell products or they have limited knowledge on products? If they have limited knowledge, then why the customer is taken for granted? I have wasted Rs.1745/- because of your salesman foolishness or say cunningness. b) Would EZONE management consider to replace the products with products fulfilling my requirements or refund back my money? If not, I would have no option left but to post my concerns on various forums to let people know to beware of buying products from EZONE. c) To be honest, if I compare EZONE with CROMA, RELIANCE DIGITAL's service, I have never experienced such lousy selling techniques used by their executives. I remember, I bought a HT phone from CROMA...that phone didn't have few features which I had asked the salesman...CROMA executive offered to return money the next day. When I asked them the reason, they told me "CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS MORE IMPORTANT FOR CROMA" ... I was really touched to see this...I think EZONE should learn from it's competitor...anyways...I hope you people would unsertand my concern and would such take steps to my satisfaction to continue vendor-customer relationship.
