I have done online recharge of 50Rs On 6th jan 2011 through EZ recharge.in but still know my balance didnt credited amount has been debited frm my acount

EzRecharge — Deduction of balance without consent

I tried to recharge online on my airtel prepaid no. I admit it was my mistake that I put 'Invalid Recharge Amount'. Well I did it only after seeing this voucher available on Airtel site, anyways, I admit it was my mistake. But then, instead of refunding the amount they actually converted them into god knows what Transferred Points, and that too without any permission. How can you sell something to a customer without even informing him?? This is nothing but cheating in the daylight.
And whosoever are guys are,
(coz you haven't given your name or your contact no. on your website, should have understood only then)

I want my money back. It's a hard earned money, and not a fraudulently earned. So I want it back.

Below is the mail which these nice guys have sent me, after charging me Rs. 350 for nothing

As I discussed with you, refund process typically takes 5-7 days time by the payment gateway and your bank.

Instead of complaining on this Forum It would be better idea to form a group through this form and forward a Petition to RBI. Also The CyberCrime division of Law enforcement can be notified. However, in this case a court case with inclusion of mental harrassment on account of the actions of the website can be filed. Compensation can be sought. Question is: are you ready to do what is required to be done???
People, if you want to genuinely do something, lets do It. I am a legal researcher. I could guide you free of cost what should be doneIF YOU want to do something.Lets make the Website aware that Customers can be empowered in this country and the website is accountable. There is no name but there is an address and there is a website which is hosted somewhere!!
Idly discussing these things on online websites and forums with other complainants and doing nothing substantial to assert your rights is so typical Indian. If we of the younger generation do not stand up and speak, take the right action We HAVE NO RIGHT TO BLAME THE SYSTEM OR CRAP ABOUT THE WAY THINGS ARE BEING DONE TO US. These things are done to us because WE ALLOW THESE PEOPLE LIKE AITEL TO DO IT TO US; WE LET THEM OF EASILY AND THEY KNOW THEY CAN CONTINUE TO DO THIS NONSENSE BECAUSE WE WILL LET THEM GET AWAY. TRAI has policies for protecting Customers' interests but they are not responsible for MAKING THE CUSTOMER USE THESE POLICIES TO PROTECT THEMSELVES.
Sorry for the forceful words and the caps, but I am trying to make a point. Even God helps only those who help themselves!

Eventhough, the complaint regard to the transaction which has happened 6 months
back. But still we are able track down your transaction.

As per your email to us, by mistake you recharged the wrong number. Hence we transferred money back to your wallet. And you recharged another mobile using wallet on 7th Feb. So the matter is solved.
