I bought a brand new "chimney" & "cook top" from Fabre in bangalore.
Within a week o[censored]sage, technical snag occured in cook top in which auto ignition was not working even after changing the battery.
When their service centre was contacted, they mentioned that there is NO FREE service even for the brand new product. I was asked to bring it to their service centre which is very far from my place.
Can not understand, how such a renowned company can have this sort of service levels....shame ful
