I made a service request to Faber customer care no. [protected] regarding Chimney and Hob on 7th April 2022.
One technician visited after two days and said the motor and blower of Chimney need to be changed.
I agreed and he never returned. My many phone calls to the Manager ([protected]) are not being answered.
I brought this matter to the attention of customer service desk [protected] on16th April. I was told that they will monitor the service request. So far nothing has happened.
There is no response at all up to now regarding service request for the Hob.
I sent a mail to ks-customercare.[protected]@franke.com on 19/04/2022. Got an acknowledgement assuring best service to resolve the problem.
