- Gas leakage issue after few weeks of purchase, that is also we observed, like everyday morning went to kitchen then gas smell is coming even all are off also, it is happening before also while observed that time it is more smell is coming then we realized this issue is coming with gas stove, all are new ones like regulator and pipes then, after some days, this is issue with the gas stove. This gas stove looks like all good then need confirmation, we raised the complaint, after a week one service guy come and checked and he confirmed issue is there, gas is leaking and He collected the documents about the that "Faber 4 burner gas stove" like warranty card and those. And He said like as of now these parts are not available, we order those parts, once come, i will call back like said. After that many days also parts are not came. whenever the customer care we are calling they said we put you on higher priority, but still that priority also they not consider I think. same dialogue repeat, when we call after few days also.
And additionally they provide the phone number of that agency, if we call that number is always "switched off". This product they will sale but they will not take of the service related complaints.
