Hi All,
I had bought FABER CHIMNEY GLASSY 910 LTW last October and now it is not working .
I had called on call center number and got complaint number [protected].
After this someone called Patrick visited our place in the first WEEK OF FEBRUARY and he told that he will replace the motor.
Now it's been more than a month and i have been following up with FABER People , every time they say they will replace the motor but so far this has not been done.
After sales service is PATHETIC for FABER.
I would suggest people to avoid buying FABER PRODUCTS.
