Faber Heatkraft Industries Ltd — Faulty service | |||
I had purchased Faber chimney and hob and getting it serviced through M/s Vigneshwara Enterprises, Ulsoor, Bangalore (Ph.[protected] regularly. Since last 2-3 services, we are facing some or the other problems in the hob after 2-3 days after service. Recently, I got them serviced in December 2010 and after 2-3 days, two burners were not working properly. This may be due to the work done by inexperienced service personnel. In spite of my repeated requested, they have not sent the persons for getting the burners repaired. Another problem with them is "Punctuality". The service peronnel will not keep up the timings which they us their appointments, because of which I am facing lot of problems. It is almost 1 months over, my problem has not been taken care by your above service centre,. I hope you will look into this and attend to it immediately.
