I bought Faber hob and chimney in June 2011, the day I installed it my chimney was making exceptionally high noise and my auto ignitions for two nobs was not working. I complaint about that, technician came and he fixed the auto ignition and said chimney in starting makes noise and over a time it will get corrected. Soon after few days again my hob auto ignition stopped working, I again called customer care and technician gave temporary fix.
I am really irritated with Faber quality and service and I am continuously asking for replacement of my both products but there is no response from there side. I am definitely going to file consumer complaint.
Never ever buy any product from Faber they have worst quality and service in India. Was this information helpful? |
Faber — FAULTY SELF IGNITION
CAUTION!!! FELLOW INDIANS..... NEVER EVER FABERBOUGHT A HIGH END COOK TOP IN NOVEMBER ... SELF IGNITION FAILED IN DECEMBER.... UNABLE TO GET THRU THEIR C. C. NUMBER....INTEND TO GO BACK TO VERY OLD TIMBER....... BUT PLEASE REMEMBER, NEVER EVER FABER
