[Resolved]  Faber India — Chimney service and repair

I purchased a Faber chimney which now requires repair and service. Despite my repeated complaints to the company service centre at Ludhiana they have not responded. I reside at Doraha which is located about 25 Km from Ludhiana.My contact number is[protected]

We stay in bangalore.We have been complaining for knob replacement for our Faber hob for so many days.every time we call customer care center they will take the request no action has been taken so far.of late Faber doesn't keep there stock of there spare parts and hence not giving satisfactory service.
I purchased a Faber chimney which now requires repair and service. Despite my repeated calls to the company service centre A ONE Service at Uttam Nagar. Their mobile No, [protected] always switch off and customer care No. [protected] not responded by executive only recorded msg playing that yr call be attended shortly and that short time not comes.

I need to service my Faber Chimney at 169-B Vikrant Encl, Mayapuri, New Delhi -110064. My mobie NO. [protected]

This is worst experience with so called Faber Service people by company called ' Vigneshwar Enterprises' Jayanager Bangalore.

Yesterday I got a call from them and when asked they told me that they are from Faber and ready to provide service for Chimney. Next day person named' Ravi' called me from [protected]' and came to provide service .
- He didn't clean the chimney properly
- started cheating me saying that filter lock need to be repaied and charged me for that. But he didn't change at all. I came to know when he left and I found that is not working. I called up there compnay. Then ravi came and shouted and misbaved me.

-- REALLY Cheat, Fraud people.

PLEASE BEWARE OF THESE FRAUDS FROM THIS COMPANY AND RAVI.
No response from service centre -Faber Chimney

I had purchased Faber Chimney in June'2005, now one motor is not working. Though it is under lifetime warranty still neither their service agency K.K.Service, Bangalore nor Faber is showing any positive approach. They are charging heptic amount for replacement. Then why people will buy so costly chimney from them??

I have a Faber Chimney with a valid AMC. The Kolkata Service level is so poor that they are not able to even come for a service at a convinient time. Possibly they should not sell to families where couples are working and are available at home on weekends only. Maybe I should tell my boss to give me a day off for getting the chimney serviced he / she may be more adaptable than the Faber Service Centre
