[Resolved]  Family Credit,Chakala,Mumbai — Harresment for no reason and there mistake

Hello,
This is Rajesh Xavier and my agreement no for a bike loan is 526303.While taking the loan I paid a cash of 2045 as my first EMI to the dealer and the rest EMI was automaticaly deducted from my account in ICICI bank a/c no[protected] as ECS.While purchashing the dealer had taken six blank checks with no amount written.I had purchased the bike (Bajaj Pulsar) on15/03/2010.Till 01/08/2010 the payment from my side was perfect.Because of my salary a/c cancellation I wanted to change my bank so I called the Andheri,Chakala branch in Mumbai and I said all the details to one Mr.Sayyed (Cell no-[protected]) in the office on 3rd 0f August,2010.He said let this EMI also go from your ICICI a/c as 5th is my due date of every month and it was short time to do within 2 days.I did what he said and on 07/08/2010 I went personally to the office,paid 500 RS as swap charge and gave 8 blank checks to Mr.Sayyed and he said all the formalities will be over and the next means 05/09/2010 EMI will be deducted from the new bank a/c State Bank Of Hydrabad (A/C no-[protected]). last month on 3rd(September) 2010 I again called Mr.Sayyed and reconfirmed about the transaction about my EMI from SBH bank, and he said not to worry and it will be deducted from SBH.On 7th of September 2010 I checked in my A/C and there was no deduction so again I called and spoke to to Mr.Sayyed and even went personally to the office and there one Madam Anita in the front office checked all my details and said to me that it was Family Credits technical mistake and from next month it will deduct from SBH as ECS.This month on 7th again I checked and it was not deucted this time also.Yesterday this month EMI was deducted from my SBH branch.With out asking me they used my cheque though I ha paid 500 RS as swap charges and ECS.One Mr.Devendra Yadav,Mr.Sayyed and Madam Anita spoke to me on the phone nicely but in between some calls from family credit came and female's were giving worst bad words to me and later boys called and gave warnings of dire consequence's .Please let me know in all this what was my fault.Later they called my boss in the shop where I was working and asked for money.Because of this I lost my job also.My boss said you take your salary till date and leave the office as he said the loan you have taken and why I should listen vulger badwords.I am attaching the receipt copy of my swap charges which Mr.Sayyed had taken while changing the bank.
Please help me as it should happen that I start thinking that I was totally wrong to approach Family Credit for a loan.Hope so you will do the needful.You can check my detail reports till date.I fell sick and lost my job because of Family Credit.

N.B. The attachment is not getting loaded.My receipt no for swap charges is 33277 or 38277.The receipt number here is not clear.If You have a another email address or personnel email ID please give so that I can send the scanned receipt copy.Please acknowledge.

THIS IS SACHIN KAMBLE AGREEMENT NO 615840. I COMPLETED MY EMI 1235/-. I COULD NOT PAID LAST 4 EMI BY ECS BECAUSE BANK NOT ALLOW TO DEPOSIT SAME AMOUNT THAT WAS MY OLD SALARY ACCOUNT.BUT AFTER CALL YOUR RECOVERY DEPARTMENT(PRACHI) I PAID ALL EMI. I CONFIRM YOUR RECOVERY DEPARTMENT IF I PAID CASH PAYMENT SO NO ANY EXTRA CHARGES HAVE TO PAID. SHE(PRACHI) ALSO TOLD ME YOUR LAST 4 PAYMENT HAVE TO PAID BY CASH.
NOW I WANT NOC. I CONFIRM WITH CUSTOMER CARE THEY TOLD ME YOU HAVE TO PAID BOUNCING CHARGES. THAN YOU GOT THE NOC.SO MY COMPLETE IS WHY HAVE TO PAID CHARGES WITHOUT MY FLOUT.
