NON DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS ORDERED I WOULD LIKE TO OFFICIALLY LODGE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE DELHI-BASED ONLINE STORE 'FASHIONANDYOU.COM'. IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 6 WEEKS SINCE I HAD PLACED 2 ORDERS ON THEIR SITE; THE FIRST ORDER WAS DELIVERED BUT ONLY PART OF IT WAS DELIVERED WHEN I PAID FOR 2 ITEMS. THEY CALLED ME VIA PHONE: TO DELIVER THE PRODUCT OR REFUND WITHIN A WEEK. BUT THEY DON'T REFUND THE AMOUNT NOR MY SECOND PRODUCT HAS BEEN DELIVERED. THEY OWE ME MERCHANDISE WORTH Rs.1200/- BUT NOW THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ANY EXPLANATION AS TO WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THE ORDER JUST MAKE FALSE REASSURANCES THAT THEY WILL CALL AND SORT IT OUT BUT IT HAS BEEN 5 DAYS I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY CALL FROM THEIR CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT. Fashion and You - CHEATING CUSTOMERS by saying that 40 to 50% discount on samsung phones they are samsung corby and samsung corby plus.i ordered samsung plus and i get that phone from fashion and you for 5049.the actual price is in hyderabad is 5400.if they gave us 50% discount then i have to get that produt nearly 2000.but they cheated me and the customers who ordered the phones.I WANT AN EXPLANATINO FROM THE FASHION AND YOU MEMBERS.BY DOING LIKE THESE HOW I WILL ORDER ANOTHER ORDER .reply me fr this or cal me.ITS AN REALLY CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS BY NOT RESPONDING THE CALLS AND THEY DO NOT GIVE ANY(WORKING PHONE NO'S)BY THIS THEY ARE CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS.ITS REALLY AN FRAUD COMPANY!.

it is truly a cheating company. i received my products in damaged condition and they are not willing to take it back and return the money. i am at a loss of 6000 here because of this. the clothes canot be used, the watch is damaged and the jewelery broken. never ever will i shop here again. and i advise you to think twice before shopping at this site.
