Fashion And You — non delivery/false details | |
Dear sir, I had ordered a garment on thursday 15th march from their website. It said it is an express delivery to be shipped in next 24 hrs. I received the dispatch details with tracking id which is still invalid. The delivery has not happened. I have sent complaint mails but every time they ask for 72 hours. Its almost 18 days. I requested for cancellation but they refused saying it is being dispatched through blue dart hence cannot be dispatched. When i asked for proof of dispatch, they do not have any. this is harrassment as i have already paid the amount and more harassment as it was a gift for my niece whose birthday is also long gone. The website seems to be playing with the consumers mindset and ate totally NOT customer friendly. please look into the matter for cancellation and refund of my order. Aslo, i use blue dart professionaly and i am sure they do not take such s long time to deliver to any state capital. regards, Shilpa Was this information helpful? | |
