I had used the referral voucher of Rs.1000 for my order no 448627 which order they have cancel as usual with the same old reason ( quality was not OK ) whatever , first of all they keep on delaying to return the voucher and when they return the voucher i was stunt the voucher will they return to me was of Rs1000 but it can only be redeem against the purchase of Rs2000, previously it can be redeem against the purchase of Rs1500, when i contact them they said that the company policy have been changed ( i think it's only for me ) first off all they took the order after that they cancel the order and now the vale of redemption is been changed ,this is pure case of FRAUD when you have given the voucher at that time you should have been told that the redemption value can been change by the company will , first you request to refer Friends and make promise to give voucher and then you give voucher form which you cant buy anything because what ever Innocent customer order by using this voucher that order is been cancel ( in my case you have cancel 9 order out of 10) and then if you post comment in FB then you Ban that person and now this is the height of fraud you change the redemption value against which the voucher can be used without any information for this i remember one nice Hindi quote for you people ''JISKI LATHI USKI BHAINS'' in my previous complain you have not given any reply for my answer given to you they are still prnding and i know u won't reply this one also

Please be informed that Fashion and You holds the right to cancel/ refuse orders on reasonable grounds, as specified in our Terms of Service policy. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include quality failures, limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

As per our information, all your orders were refunded, additionally as a gesture of goodwill we also pushed “We are Sorry’ vouchers to you.

As for our company page on Facebook, regretfully we were forced to ban you after repeated warnings due to the continued use of abusive language used by you on the public forum.

We take member feedback very seriously, and hope you don’t face such inconveniences in future!

I think fashion and you have only one reply which they reply for all of there quarry they don't even read the matter this reply which they have given the same reply they give me on the other letter this show how much they think about the customer to hell with your so called " we are sorry " voucher for 9 order you have given ONLY ONE VOUCHER till now and that also was expired one so don't ever say this with a big mouth you stop people from commenting on face book because you want to keep your image clean so that you can fool more and more people but one thing i must say and this suit you the most that "BY BREAKING THE MIRROR YOU CAN'T CHANGE YOUR DIRTY FACE" for your reply ( which you give without reading the matter ) and for your service i must say CHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE on Fashion and you . just read the above mention comment i have asked about the Rs 1000 voucher and in your reply you have not mention any single line about the matter this show you concern about the innocent consumer

Apologies for the inconvenience caused. According to our database, your orders were cancelled due to unavailability of products. Four out of your 10 orders 581777, 541844, 522084 and 448627 were cancelled due to transaction failure. For all your cancelled orders, refund was processed on time.

The change in the voucher policy was extensively communicated to all our customers. We apologize if you were missed out from the same. Some of the accounts on Fashionandyou were detected as fraudulent. These accounts were made to avail the referral scheme. This development forced fashionandyou to make a few changes in our voucher policy.

We sincerely apologize for the hassle that you had to face due to the policy change.

I have complaint regarding Fashion and You website i had placed an order on their website that was 10 drawer cabinet on there website it shows that my order is been given to aramex Courier service even that Courier service is also Big Fraud i recieved an email regarding this i checked on Aramex website till 3/10/2011 they showed its on Beyond Delivery area i call aramex 50 times they said we have given it to some agent he will deliver you i said ok as an routine process i againg checked it on 7/10/2011 then the status was the product has been delivered . i was surprised i asked in my family wheter they have recieved any courier in my name the said no then i called the Big Frauders Fashion and You customer care those liers told me according to them this product is been delivered i said i want to see the acknowledgment they said there expert team is looking in this matter .these fraud people gave me 72 hours time to solve my problem after that i would have made 100 calls to Fashion and you CC and Aramex CC bothe the time they said 72 hrs 24 hrs form 7/10/2011 till 14/10/2011 they still want 72 hrs and 24 hrs .

i do lots of online purchase but Fashion and You is really an Worst company in terms of service product i dont know because they dont know where it is these people really eat lots of money on customer

my question to the Forum is what should i do now i know these cheaters will never deliver my product i have sent them 20 emails to [protected]@fashionandyou.co but the reply i get is all the time is they need 3 working days or 72 hours or 24 hours or Concerbed team is looking in this matter . i want to drag them to the court because this has become mental harasment for me this company should change there name to from Fashion and you to Fraud to you
