[Resolved] Fastrack Bag — No service though it's in the warranty period | |||
I bought a Fastrack bag from Pantaloons on September 22, 2011. Its not even 1 month and the handle of the bag came off. I went to Pantaloons, Kaurgachi. Their executives said we dont cover this in warranty period. I asked them the contact details of the concerned people of Fastrack, who can do something about their defective products. i bought a mens side bag worth rs 1195 on 24 august 2011..its not even 3 months the side portion of the second zip fabric is teard off...plz do some thing against the problem as i have paid more than 1000 bucks so it is not an less amount for me..so i want to do replace my bag...email-rawanipints.[protected]@gmail.com.or massage me on facebook-rawanipints.[protected]@gmail.com.[protected]
