[Resolved]  Fedder Lloyd AC — No Replacement

I purchased Fedder Lloyd AC from the 1st day AC was not cooling.I and dealer requested to company Manager to Please replace the unit as it was not working from day 1.
But they said it will be repaired not replaced.I had a very bad experience with Fedders LLoyd Company.Don't know what to do.

i puschased 1.5t ac of fedderslloyd, which is not giving proper cooling from the 1st day, i complaint to the dealer but not ready to solve my problem.help me out

I purchased Fedder Lloyd 1t AC, from the 2nd week AC was not cooling. I requested your authorised dealer Mahavir Enterprises situated at Bibwewadi, Pune, they repaired our AC but we are getting same problem again and again, your dealer never provided us best service.
I have a very bad experience with Fedders LLoyd Company.
I bought a Fedders LLoyd 1.5 tonne split AC 3 days back.

On installing there was some noise from the machine.

The dealer is insisting that he will replace the part and not the machine.

I tried to get through their customer care, they gave me the mumbai no, and no one is respondng on the number.

Further, the machine does not cool like any other machines viz. carrier, i have been using for about 10 years.
I too bought a Lloyd's AC 1.5 tonnes. It doesn't cool and makes a lot of noise. I filed a complaint with the customer care, and no one is bothering to come and rectify the fault.

All I can say is that please don't buy Lloyd AC. Don't be befooled like us.

I requested your authorised dealer Shiva Enterprises situated at Delhi, They Give company No. but company person dont give us any positve respose they give me time . but no body comw on time when person come and repair a/c but we are getting same problem again and again, they dont give us best service.

I had purchased 1.5 ton window ac from fedder lloyd. From day 1 ac is not cooling properly. After making various phone calls, they took the ac and repaired it, but again after a week it stopped cooling. I am just feeling cheated by the company. Nobody is ready to listen.

After one year service contractor insist for AMC.
But till today nobody turned up for servise nor reply
dear sir im dealer of lloyd from 2 year punjab tv house, malerkotla your service is too bad experinced
because i had approx. 10 ac dead but no response when regard this topic i talk mr amit bharti then he told please dont give me any argument so tell me what type of this service if you will not any response i will go for consumer court issue thank you

I have a Fedder Lloyd Split AC which is in under warranty, I registerd a call on dt 08/4/2009 ( Complaint no-FLCL[protected] regarding wet serive of my AC but till date no body has turnup at my home regarding service, I call to Mr.Karun Singh regarding the same but he never pickup phone.

Pls pay heed into the matter.

I have purchased 2 a/c's of 1.0 tonne & 1.5 tonne and for the 1st 3 days 1.0 tonne a/c was perfect and from there the problem started and i have been following it up with dealer/ service center and even the head customer service for AP Mr Suryanarayan but these ppl are just giving silly reason and from the last 4 days i have sleepless night for the the sounds from the 1.0 tonne a/c. i asked them for a replacement and also mailed called but from the last 3 days no person from company nor service has turned up. The interest shown while selling the product is not there after sales. Even the dealer who sold said i have 1 year replacement guarantee and no one turned up and dealer says to log a case against the company and not to call him. IS THIS THE WAY DEALER RESPONDS?
I too bought a split AC 1t unit from dealer in Ambarnath - Having problem from 1st week still no reponse two months have passed. Never buy from Fedders LLoyd - Very poor quality, very poor service, total frustration

I have parchased lloyd 1.5 ton window a c last year and from very first day we are not satisfied with the cooling of the a.c. we have told to the shopkeeper regarding the cooling. Than company mechanic came to our home. but we are not satisfied with his logic and answer as well as service. last week i have made complaint three times atleast to the lloyd helpline but from there also no satisfy response was given AND NOBODY BOTHERED .
Now i am very helpless if they are not changing it then i am thinking to go to consumer court.
i bought a washing machine in keral and from day 1 we have problem today it is almost 2 yrs no one is attended the problem, what can we do about it if any service no in kerala pls in form in [protected]
Total Frustation wilth lloyds a/c... poor customer service.
My compressor is Dead and since 10-12 days the cust serv nither the dealer is taking initiatives to solve my problem.
they jus say give us 2 days ... that's it...
Very POOR after sales service. Don't buy a Lloyd A/c

Hi Guys,

I purchased lloyd AC somewhere in Apri 08. Last free servicing was done in April 09 & the technitian who had come for the servicing broke a of the flap. When we realised that we launched a complaint on their help lines atlease for 4-5 times, then we got their representative's no. We have been calling that fellow for the last 1-2 months but that fellow always gives us promises saying that it will be replaced within two days & so on. Now we are fed up of this & planning to go to Consumer court.

I am a widow whose 20 year old air unit and heat unit had died. The rep from Lloyd came to my house, went into my attic and let me know that I needed so much done! I was pretty devastated that this was going to go way over my budget. They sat down at my table and worked with me on how I could be energy efficient and stay within my budget. The crew came out the next Friday and Saturday and worked 10 to 12 hour days. They put in new ducts, new vents, an extra return air vent and disposed of all the old units. On Sunday they came out and went over my lawn to make sure all debris was cleaned up and gone. Last July my electric bill, with my old equipment, was $623.00. I just received my July bill for this year and it is $163.86. I am overjoyed! I have recommended this company to anyone who is having problems.
