Dear Sir / Madam,
This is Dinesh Anand working as Manager Sales in one of the biggest MNC in India today.I had booked an order with an online company "Ferns And Petals" for a Birthday Surprise Gift for my relative in Gurgaon City on June 27.The order was to be delivered on July 15 2010 at 11 pm.
The Company took both Order Charges and Extra Time Delivery Charges for the order which I duely paid. But due to Negligence, Bad Customer handling the order got wrongly delivered and I wasted my whole amount of Rs 1400 including Extra Charges for late delivery time on the order.
As contacted to the respective Executives name Sahil / Gunjan I have not been able to receive any support or solution.
