[Resolved]  Ferns And Petals — Order not delivered on time

The Order was received by security guard and I have no clue if it was delivered at 11 or in morning as the person to whom it was addressed received it next morning i.e. 15th.
Since it was an office address and it was meant to be delivered in the day time and not night. I WANT MY MONEY BACK

I am extremely dissatisfied with the kind of response I am getting from you guys. I ordered flowers and greetings from you on Feb 12, 2013 at 4:28 PM to be delivered in Ambala on 14th February.
Its afternoon time and till now the delivery has not been completed. I have no update or ETA about the same. Also, if I am dialing[protected], which your only customer helpline for India, its continuously busy.
Finally I had to catch hold of your email and reach you guys and ask WHERE IS MY ORDER? Because, proactively there has been no update from your guys on my email or phone no about the same.
