I see that lot of complaints similar to mine has been lodged but no action has been taken yet. I ordered a bouqet for Rs.499/- on Oct 10th 2009 for my husband on the for our anniversary. Order no.[protected] and[protected]. However, it just never got delivered. I had also forwarded my bank statement to the accounts department clearly showing the evidence of payment made. If there is a problem in their payment gateway, they need to sort it out at their own end. Consumers shouldn't be harassed like this. I hope now some action would be taken inspite of following up since so long. Was this information helpful? |
