I had placed an order with ferns n petals on phone for delivery of flowers to my wife. The company has not delivered the flowers and has still charged my credit card. They are refusing to refund the amount - is there any recourse available? Was this information helpful? | |||

I ordered for Orange Gerberas, and what i got were yellow sunflowers!! And there is no reply to the complaints.. its a good way of fooling customers.. these guys should be made an example of for abusing customers trust. They charged my creit card, and did not even give me a receipt.
Shalini Gera - General Manager is very polite and courteous in her spam emails that she sents on the corporate email ID.. but in reality works for another street stamped flower vendor, who can doing nothing better than speak good English.
