[Resolved] Ferns N Petals — Product Not Delivered | |
I ordered a product having product code as GWD 2234 on 12 Feb 2013 (Tuesday, 11:12 AM) through Ferns n Petals online. The product was supposed to be delivered in Bangalore on 18 Feb 2013 (Monday). The employee of Ferns n Petals told me that since the product I am ordering is a courier product, it will take 5 to 7 working days for delivery. I specifically asked the employee which placed my order that, "Please tell me if it is going to take more than 7 days, then i will plan this order accordingly." But the employee assured me that the product will take maximum of 7 days to get delivered and not more than that. I called the customer representative on Monday, 18 Feb 2013 to track my order. The customer representative told me that the order has been misplaced by them and now they will re dispatch the order. I then asked them the new time of delivery. They assured me that the order will be delivered within 48 hours. Now 48 hours have passed and my order is still not delivered. Whenever I ask them the status of my order, they tell me every time that the order has been dispatched from their end and now it is with the courier company - "BLU DART". I asked them the consignment number of the order being with BLU DART so that I can track this order via BLU DART itself. When I called BLU DART, they told me that the consignment number provided is invalid. During this period, right from the time when the order got misplaced by Ferns n Petals and they re dispatched it, I have called them around 7 times and the response is same, "Your order has been dispatched from our end". Now, I have no idea where my order is currently, nor BLU DART recognizes the consignment number provided by Ferns n Petals neither Ferns n Petals know where the order is. Now the commitment which i made to the recipient, which is not full filled, my credibility is also affected. My money is also stuck with the company from past 10 days. It's my WORST ever experience of shopping online. Hoping to get some response after posting this issue here ! Was this information helpful? | |

We had placed an order on Feb 12, 2015 for bouquet worth 800/- for delivery in Chennai on occasion of my father's b'day the next day. My father recieved a call when he was driving and he had to return the call in a few minutes. However there was no answer despite multiple attempts. After we told him that we had placed an order, He had again tried reaching them the next day and someone picked up and said he will look into the same but no response post that.
When we wrote to fern n petals, they had the guts to reply after 5 days stating the recipient was no longer in the address and hence there will be no refund in this case. When we wrote to them stating we had been living there for last 25 years, we again got the same reply after another 5 days. We have written to them again demanding a refund and for the balant lies as excuse but not got a response until today.
These people are a bunch of crooks with no concern for customers and above all, have the guts to say such balant lies.
Never deal with these crooks!

When we wrote to fern n petals, they had the guts to reply after 5 days stating the recipient was no longer in the address and hence there will be no refund in this case. When we wrote to them stating we had been living there for last 25 years, we again got the same reply after another 5 days. We have written to them again demanding a refund and for the balant lies as excuse but not got a response until today.
These people are a bunch of crooks with no concern for customers and above all, have the guts to say such balant lies.
Never deal with these crooks!
