[Resolved]  Fiitjee — REGARDING TRANSPORT FACILITY

FIITJEE has been cheating people in many ways. To start with, even though I have been sending emails to [protected]@fiitjee.com and to the Basheerbagh, Hyderabad center email ids about the issues, harassement that I have facing with this institute, there has not been any proper response. My son has completed his NTSE level 1 exam and without notifying us, they have using his name to attract other students, which leads to breach of privacy. Likewise, they have been ill-treating my son except when it comes to taking some advantage out of him. When I approached the Head of this center, Dr. Ananda Raman, who is supposed to be the Mentor Director, he has been giving his personal reasons stating that he is currently in London and would be able to attend to all these issues only after his return to India on 26th May, 2011. There is this lady by name Ms. Saritha who is supposed to have checked and replied to my emails (when you look up for her email id on their website, it is published wrongly and I asked FIITJEE people, they seem to be playing ignorant), she calls me late in the evening and more or less speaks rudely with me. In total, I feel that FIITJEE works for MONEY only as it is not rated to be any good institute compared with other institutes and FIITJEE staff always show favorism unless they get some benefits from peopled/students. Even after paying the fee, FIITJEE has come back to us stating that we have not paid the amount but finally agreed that we have paid it and so far has not even handed over the receipt to us.

Finally, I would like to add that because of this kind of ill-treatment my son (I am sure there are other students who are otherwise intelligent) fall prey to institutes like FIITJEE and loose their focus on studies and go into a shell where fear takes precedence. My son feels scared to go to FIITJEE but we have been forcing him to go and attend the class as we have paid his fee. There is not even any complaint register nor a person who would like to talk or discuss about any complaints from Hyderabad Center of FIITJEE nor these complaints get escalated to higher officials and we as parents feel that FIITJEE is an institute which likes to only make MONEY.

peope should be given time to attend to one's problems, we cannot expect some one to sort out issues when they are on leave, we need to be patient and wait.

FIITJEE is looting hard earned money of student’s parents in the name of IIT JEE coaching. They charge fee in lacs for their classroom programs. However their success ratio is very less. Less than 2% FIITJEE classroom students get admission in IITs. Alone in Delhi FIITJEE has over 10000 students, while all over India they have lacs of students enrolled with them, but only few hundred clear IITJEE.
So even after paying lacs of rupees and spending their time in FIITJEE, student did not get into IITs, for what FIITJEE has promised to them. This is plain loot by FIITJEE of hard earned money of parents. Government should put restriction on such unfair practises by FIITJEE and other similar institutes like AKASH.
There should be limit on fee charged by them and also number of student in one classroom.
Please take action on it so that we can save more students from being looted by FIITJEE etc
