Dear Reliance customer care, I am having reliance smart gsm connection.At first company activate FAF service without my notice and cut my balance and now they do not want to deactivate this, so please kindly deactivate my " find a friend pack" . my mobile number is [protected] .thank u. i wanna deactivate my caller tune so deactivate it immediately no. [protected]

I am struggling with the same problem of balance deduction, that is, due to the activation of Find A friend service. The service remains active, even after, regular complaints of it to customer care. My phone no. is [protected], a smart GSM number.I am completely clueless about what to do now. SMS deactivation also does not work.
