This is to inform you that I am Rajender Singh (Employee Id- F10025) an ex employee of HDFC Bank Ltd through the payrolls of Fine Support Services Pvt. Ltd., services Pvt. Ltd., Here I have served HDFC Home loan Division from April'2011 to July2012 under the supervision of Sukhjinder Singh Saini (Employee ID- S8989). As this company was winding its services, all the employees of Fine Support Services Pvt. Ltd., who were working for HDFC Bank Ltd were being shifted to payrolls of HBL-2, but I was not allowed to join HBL-2, even being the Star Performer in Business throughout the year.

As I was very happy while working with HDFC Bank Ltd and I am keen to work & serve HDFC Bank Ltd. So I asked my Seniors to confirm me the reason for not able to join HBL-2. So they just ignored me & said that I have Hide my previous employment with HBL during the Tenure 2004 to 2006. But as per my Knowledge I had told him all the details of my Work Experience & the resume which I had submitted at the time of Joining Fine Support Services Pvt. Ltd, clearly says about my work Exp. with HBL. I'll brief about my Past Work Experience ---

I worked with HBL since 2004 to 2006 in Home Loan Division under the supervision of R.S.Yadav (Team Manager), Sukhjnider Saini(Sales Manager), Suman Chakervati(A.S.M) and HBL coordinator Raj Kishor. I resign from my services due to some personal reasons, and i have done all the Exit formalities properly. At that point also I was a Star Performer due to my Business only. After that i worked with GE Money, HDFC sales and Destimoney Pvt. Ltd . At the time of job with Destimoney Pvt. Ltd Mr. R.S.Yadav (Team Manager) contacted me to join HBL. He is the same person under whose supervision I have worked before. As I am having good knowledge in HDFC Home Loan, he ask me to join Fine Support, due to there was no Rejoining provision in HBL.

Now Fine Support Services Pvt. Ltd., has closed and all employees of Fine Support Services Pvt. Ltd., are being Shifted to HBL-2 payrolls. But my request for shifting got rejected because I worked with HBL in 2004 to 2006. And the reason which my seniors told is that during the joining of Fine Support Services Pvt. Ltd., I had not mentioned that I was a ex employee of HBL. and also I had Hide my Qualification. My simple question was that how is it possible that my Boss who is same under both my tenure and Co' (Fine Support) was not having knowledge of my Past Experience. This clearly indicates that for my Joining something got Hided from the Co' Fine Support Services Pvt. Ltd., by my Seniors. And now when I was being shifted to HBL-2, my shifting got rejected by giving silly excuses which are not possible. This clearly indicates that my seniors are just saving their Jobs on the stake of my JOB, which is not acceptable by me.


My sincere request is that I want to Serve HDFC BANK LTD, as this is my Dream Co' to wok with in Banking Sector. Then why I am not able to join the company.
My all formalities related to Joining or Relieving with any of my previous employers like HBL or GE Money or HDFC Sales or Destimoney Pvt. Ltd or finally Fine Support Services Pvt. Ltd., Is clear. I don't think this Co. HDFC BANK LTD rejects the persons who are keen to work for the Company rather then Self.

My Humble request is that to please look into the matter seriously & help me in Joining HBL-2 or else provide me the proper and appropriate reason for not joining and not to serve you.


Looking for your support & proper resolution for my anxieties.
