[Resolved]  FirstSource Solutions Ltd — salary not credited

respected sir,
i am prashant kumar vedula working with firstsource solutions ltd airoli,mumbai,as customer service associate.I joined in the company in the year 14th sep 2009 in airtel process,so in the month of june i was hospitalised for one month,i was in a attrition and the process was also shut down.Again in july 21st i rejoined the same organisation with axis bank process,my salary was credited on time in the august but in the month of sep and nov my salary has not been credited.I asked my hr regarding the issue but they were telling my data has not been updated in the salary list,i am getting different answers from different people.If my name is not there in the data then how i got the salary on time in the month of august and october.ACTUALLY THE SALARY SHOULD BE CREDITED EVERY MONTH OF 30TH OR 31ST BUT STILL I HAVNT RECEIVED,IAM A OUTSTATION CANDIDATE I HAV TO MEET MY DAILY EXPENSES AND ALSO I HAV TO PAY MY ROOM RENT,ITS VERY EMBRASSING FOR ME,HRS ALSO NOT READY TO TAKE ANY INITIATIVES,THEY ARE GIVING FASLE COMMITMENTS.IF THIS HAPPENS REPETEDLY BEING A EMPLOYEE HOW CAN I TRUST THE ORGANISATION.
SO KINDLY TAKE SOME STERN ACTION AND PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL I CAN GET THE SALARY.
