[Resolved]  Fixed Deposit — Poor Delivery of Fixed deposit

Sir/Madam,
I am Karthiyayini. N. customer of HDFC Bank. I want to inform you regarding the irresponsible services provided by you. I booked fixed deposit for 1 lakh, 30, 000 on 18th July. I contacted the nearest branch HDFC (Kadavanthra) (Kochi) for Booking the Fixed deposit. They told me that i will receive the Fixed deposit through courier.
I was really shocked and irritated to see the fixed deposit bond in the the post box today (July 31, 2009)
Is this the right way you mail the F.D Bond to the customer?
If some Malpractise happens and i am losing my money will Bank take the responsibility in repaying it back to me? Earlier I was irritated with the customer service provided by HDFC Choice towers in Kochi, specially one lady irritated me, and I stopped moving to that branch. She took more than 12 days to open a new account for crediting 5 lakhs. It is because of that lady, I was forced to open an account in State Bank of India and for your information account was successfully operated with in 3days. Right now the next irritation is about the Fixed Deposit which is not delivered to me in a proper way. If you continue the same kind of services with me, with in n a few month, I am very sure I will close all my dealings with your bank and then walk into another Bank.
