[Resolved]  Flipcart & Bluedart — Bad service from Blue Dart

I haven't received the shipment and also haven't received any call from bluedart to confirm my address till now. Without any confirmation they have updated their status. Today morning their update was

Pickup Date : 14 December 2011
From : NEW DELHI
To : KOLKATA
Status : Late Arrival At Destination. Contact Customer Service

Now on tracking the shipment their site is showing:

Status Cnee'S Add Incorrect/Incomplete/Not Loca

Dont know how may I receive the value of my money invested.
