[Resolved] Flipkart — Bad Quality of Product (Slipper) | |||
Respected Sir, I have ordered a slipper of LEE COOPER , order ID: OD[protected], Order Date:[protected], Invoice No. BLR_WFLD[protected], vat/tin: [protected] of Rupees 499 . With deep regret am to inform you that since from the first week of purchase I am having lots of problems with that slipper. The slipper is getting torn from one of the sides. Another problem with the slipper is, the strips have almost come out of the soul base and also one layer of the soul has started removing. This itself shows the quality of the product. I request your good self to kindly replace my slipper or refund my money at the earliest as it may well not be possible for a student like me to get a new slipper at my own cost within a period of just 3 months. Once again I request you to replace or refund my money at the earliest within a period of 15 days from receipt of letter. Failure to which I shall be constrained to take appropriate legal action against you. Hope you do the needful at the earliest and oblige. Thanking You.
