[Resolved] Flipkart.com — receipt of empty packet instead of the ordered Mobile / Order id# [protected] | |||
I ordered a mobile Micromax Bolt X101 Red way back on August 2nd. The parcel was received in on time however, when it was opened it was found to be empty and we immediately informed flipkart about it. They advised us to return the empty parcel and that on receipt of the same they would send us the replacement. The empty parcel was received by their warehouse on august 31st at 2.45pm. The same was advised to them via email....However, till date (september 7th 13.04pm) they have not bothered to send us the replacement. On the contrary instead of checking with the warehouse they keep writing the same story that they have not yet received confirmation from their warehouse about the receipt.....
