[Resolved] Flipkart.com — Sold product without bill | |
I have purchased Samsung Galaxy S4 mobile phone from flipkart.com. The phone was delivered on time to me but without bill, whereas company claim that it has 1 year warranty. When I call customer care and ask them about the bill they told me that I will get the same in another 72 hours, but it has been more then 20 days now, and I have still not got the bill from company.
Even after number of reminders I got a response that you will get the bill please wait for 1-2 days, but after that never get any reply from the company. It seems that either company had sold Gaffar market piece which does not have any bill or its seems to be a theft peace.
I don’t know what to do if something goes wrong to my phone, then Samsung customer care will never consider my phone as a part of warranty.
