Flipkart.com — Worst customer service and delivery

Team Flipkart, You are such a disappointment. I ordered a laptop on 15-December 2012 and was a confirmation that it would be delivered in 3-4 days. The way i planned was to gift it on my sisters birthday today. But Flipkart didnt deliver it to me (Order no: DP[protected] I talked to the customer care for 3 days with false promises. This has not been delivered till now. I have talked to customer care executives Neha, Sayed and supervisors Sagar and Sujay. The height of fooling is that Sagar the customer care supervisor promised me on call on record that he would deliver the product in the next 1 hour. But when i called you guys, it was told that it would be delivered only tomorrow. When i asked about a letter of apology for the distress caused, he just wants to avoid the subject.. Is this the same customer care that you advertise...These are the no 1 fraud company today. I have been ordering from flipkart for many years with more than 1 lac worth of shopping. But with this experience you have proved that you are nothing that you advertise. I want to warn all the future customers that please dont order anything from the company because it will never deliver as per expectations...Will flipkart.com be brave enough to admit their mistake on Facebook.... Lets see..

letsbuy — customer service is worst

Hi,

I ordered a Videocon 1.5 ton VITA PLUS -VBS53.CVL1-CR using Letsbuy.com but they delivered Videocon vns53 cd1-ct model. When i asked about the same they told we didn’t have the same model so we delivered the similar model.

Letsbuy guys will call you after raising a complaint in consumer complaints and tell they are very sorry for the fault in the service .They will also tell that we will look back the issue very shortly.
After a week of time they will not connect you to the corresponding person and also they ask to hold the call for a minute and they will royally disconnect the call after a minute.
I endded up spending 400 rs only for calling their customercare.
I would like to express one thing be straight and correct in your business. If you are not able to rectify the proble please tell it directly to the customer and sort it out.
I got my order somewhere at sept 14 and i still didnt opened the box simply waiting for the replacement.
I wold like to present a guy (called pavan) from letsbuy in consumer complaints forum.he will talk very confidently as such he will solve the problem with in 2 days but ending up with out doing anything,.
Their final agenda is the only one thing customer will get vexed up and will not call back and will accepts the whatever product they delivered.
