[Resolved]  Flipkart — faulted game

i just buy one game from flipkart and gifted to my relative now it is faulted and my relative inform me late . ii mailed to flip cart as per below , this all take almost one month only , they inform me that they can not replace any product after 10 days .actually it was faulted just you can see this mail ,game ordered by me with this mail has started creating trouble , few of the digit are not working properly within two months i need replacement on this game without any shipping charge otherwise i will contact to consumer court.
