[Resolved]  Flipkart — Misguiding customer

I ordered a Samsung laptop on Flipkart on 8th January,2013. When I ordered it the flipkart website said there is an additional one year warranty with it. The invoice they sent me also has that mentioned. But when I registered my product on the samsung website it did not give me the additional warranty. It said the offer was valid till 30th November, 2012.

When I got back to Flipkart they said theey has mentioned it in thee website somewhere. My point is that if the additional warranty was not there then why did they show it in their special offer section and also in the invoice. This is misguiding the customer and not accepting ones mistake of not updating the website on time.

Please find attached the scanned copy of the invoice from Flipkart itself, which clearly states there is an addional warranty available.
