[Resolved] Flipkart — not replacing shoes.. | |||
sir/mam. i have purchased fila shoes from flipcart about 2 months ago, but i feel bit short so i contact flipcart about this matter, so they said me to send it back through courier as they didnt have reverse pick up facility in my town (porbandar). so i sent through courier but it returned back as flipcart's warehouse is some where in remote place. so after many requests they have agreed to collect the parcel, and after many days they send first flight courier man to collect the parcel, real problem begins now after almost 15days no reply from flipcart regarding my parcel or returning shoes.. so i again contact flipcart regarding this matter so they keep saying me to keep patience and telling me that he yet not received parcel. but few days back i got call from first flight courier like flipcart warehouse staff are not accepting parcel and not agrees to paying courier charges... i was shoked !! because flipcart send first flight courier to reverse pick up the parcel and now they only not accepting and not agrees to pay charges.. and first flight courier person saying me like if flipcart will not accept and if you want it back you have to pay return courier charges which is very heavy. and if i will not pay it they(first flight) will keep the parcel. so please look in to this matter and help me to get my shoes back. its woth Rs1079. plz take some action against flipcart.
