Deficiency in delivery - Cheated by Flipkart - “Jo dikhta he ow nenhi milata he”
I purchased a Bluetooth speaker under Mobiles & Accessories > Mobile Accessories > Speakers > DBEST Speakers > DBEST PS4001BT Solo Mini Bluetooth Speaker (Black) from www.flipkart.com.
However to my surprise the speaker doesn’t work with my Mobile phone and when contacted Flipkart 24/7 call center they refused to help/exchange.
- They claim it is all new product
- It will only work with music – (which is NOT mentioned in their site www.flipkart.com )
- They said no exchange policy
Had I known from the site that the speaker doesn’t work with mobiles – I would have selected something else.
I feel cheated – as Flipkart is showing something on site and is delivering something else.
Be careful with this site as you may get cheated with their conning way of selling goods.
(I wanted recover for my mental agony and other damages - as my money has been lost and I have to buy another product)

www.flipkart.com — Neither Product delivered nor the money returned

I have ordered a pen drive(HP V-210 W 4 GB Pen Drive (Grey)) with order no. OD[protected] from flipkart.com on 6th aug 2011. But I have neither recieved the product nor they returned the money after my several times request.

So, please help me in this regard.

Dear sir, i ordered a micromax phone A210 (od [protected]) on 02 May which was supposed to be delivered by 07 may. on track your order, the product was received at munirka hub of flipkart on 04 may. i have spoken to helpline a no of times and lodged complaint on their site(last complaint no[protected], however neither the product is delivered despite their executives telling that it will be delivered in “next’ 8 buisness hrs nor any feedback from company. they have now resorted to not even calling back despite repeated written complaints.Is this the way a top indian online shopping company wants to make their future ? we will be probable better off with ebay/ amazon etc.it is also impossible to find any other contact info on the company site.please help and make other customers also beware of such fraud companies.thanx

      from Flipkart.com on 13 March, 2013 12:51 PM, the Order ID: OD[protected], the sum of the books being 837 Rs, but as they had failed to procure the books, they cancelled my order and sent me an email saying my money would be refunded by 29th of March, as till this day my money had not been refunded, and each time I contact them, they reply by saying my issue would be resolved within 2 days, but it never is. When I contact my bank they assure me that no refund was given to my account, so for the fraud I would like to file a complaint against them. I have also attached the image of the email they sent me.

        I am from ERODE currently residing in CHENNAI. I have ordered 3 clothing items in FLIPKART ON JAN 26 2013 which includes 1 Mark Taylor Striped Formal Trousers and 2 HANES SOLID VESTS and my ORDER ID is OD[protected]. I got those products on time. Due to some work at ma native i went there for a month taking those 2 HANES SOLID VESTS and kept Mark Taylor Striped Formal Trousers at chennai. i came back to chennai just a week ago and when i took the Mark Taylor Striped Formal Trousers i found IMPROPER STICHINGS WITH POOR CONDITION. Now i cant change it as the time for return policy got over. kindly look into this issue as soon as possible

          Please avoid placing orders on flipkart, they are fraud, my money is blocked for past 14 days, my order was to be shipped by 21.03.2013, still don't have any clue about my order status.

            I had placed an order for three books (order ID: OD[protected]).

            Two of these were delivered. But, the third one was not delivered. It was to be delivered on 30th March and when I called on 28th March to check the status, I was informed by the customer care that the order has been cancelled by the seller. I was not even informed of the same and even though the book is still available (even though at a higher price), my order was cancelled.

            Flipkart is cheating me by cancelling my earlier order and subsequently asking to book afresh at a higher order. Please look into this and suggest as this is a clear default on Flipkart's side.

              I have bought the battery from flipkart.com.
              Product type is computer Accessory and product is HP CQ/DV 6 cell Battery, Black.
              The price of this battery is RS 4286.
              They mention on site 30 Day replacement policy is there. I have call soo many time to customer care that this battery is not compatiable with my laptop but they are not ready to exchange it with the battery which is compatiable to my laptop.

                I ordered a mobile on 3 March,2013 from flipkart. They said that it will be delivered by 12 mar. On 11th Mar, they said the something wrong happened on the way and they will not be able to deliver the product today. They started the reshipment the very next day saying the product will be delivered by 14th. They assured me of this date, saying that since it is a reshipment so you will get a faster delivery. On 15th i called their customer executive and they had no idea if they can be able to deliver it on 15th or not.

                Now, I am scared, if i will get the refund or not, if i cancel the order. I have paid the whole amount which is Rs 27400.

                I want my whole amount to be refunded back as soon as possible, if they do not deliver the product today. Also, the time that i have wasted on phone ( the calls that i have made to their customer center) and in the waiting period should also be compensated.

                letsbuy — Delay of delivery and poor customer service

                i have been placed an order with no: LSB-499258 on 17th of oct,but still the product is not yet dispatched from LETSBUY side, where as the delivery is in with in 2 to 3 days.Even i called to Customer care many times regarding this but no use and some times Nobody picks up the phone even after 10 mins.. Even they are not informing to the customer if late happens.If they are providing the committed delivery date in web site ,make sure that whether it is possible r not.so that customers can plan according to that...Even i sent mails to customer care but no excepted solution.i never except this type of service from letsbuy......

                letsbuy — Slow and Pathetic Service

                Dear All,
                I have ordered for twp products on Letsbuy.com – Order ID: 754130
                1) Samsung Star Next S5233V
                2) Panasonic Phone KX-TG 820
                I had ordered this on 29th December 2011 and paid it through credit card.
                Product no. 1 - Till date I have not received product no. 1. When I called up couple of times, they promised me it will be dispatched. And till today (11th day) not received the same.
                Now I wanted to cancel the order - When I called up Letsbuy number (which is not toll free and keeps you on hold for atleast 10 minutes) they (spoke to Anil) said it will take 21 days for refund.
                SHOCKED and SURPRISED – My money - 1st no dispatch and 2nd 21 days. Something is wrong in Letsbuy
                Product no. 2 – I got this ordered exactly as promised (last day of order) but shocked to see that the product was different from the specifications provided on website. It had no caller ID and speaker phone.
                Had intimated them through email and called up but again they send please send reminder the team will address it.
                I am really tired of calling.
                There is no one in letsbuy to resolve it.

                  I purchased a "Sony Micro Vault Tiny USM16GM/P 16GB Pen Drive (Pink )" Order no : OD[protected]. The product had loose packaging which was creating some noise initiillay . I took it lighky but later on the plastic joits of the pen drive started loosening. The product is still 30 days replacement guarentee as the date of purchase is[protected]. I called customer care but they are not entertaining and saying no to replacement.

                  I purchased this product on May 21, 2014 and it was delivered on May 24, 2014. The product was in damage condition. I given the return request on the same day i.e May 24, 2014. And after that I was waiting to get the fresh product. However, there is no call regarding the product inquiry. On June 2, 2014, I sent one feedback mail also. But no response. Then I called them on June 03, 2014, they are saying refund has started. I don't know how the flipkart team is working. They even didn't call me for the product. And now they are saying that they are refunding the amount too. One customer care says it will take 4-5 days and the other day another customer care says it will take 9 working days. Am I going to get the product. I hope this will be the last product that I have purchased from the Flipkart. Very bad experience really. 800/- is not a big amount to loose.                   We have very much disappointed with the service offered by Flipkart. We stepped in to Flipkart for its customer and loyalty.
                  I brought a Micromax Canvas 2.2 A114 two weeks back from flipkart.com, at the time of receiving the box was bit damaged and i received it. Then i opened the box and put my sim card in the mobile and switched it on at that time i received a call from friend while talking i can able to hear my friends voice and he cannot able to hear my voice then i understand the mic is not working. Then immediately i raised a complaint in flipkart then they called me and said that they will replace the phone within a week. Again i received a call from flipkart stating that it was ordered 15 days back we cannot replace the product coz we'll replace the product within 10 days only.

                  I am very much disappointed the service offered by flipkark.com.
                  We’ve spent our hard earned money and purchased the product.
                  Purchase made in flipkart.com dint give any sort of happiness and satisfaction to us.
                  Due to their poor service we went through mental stress. As the product was very essential to our daily routine, it also affected our work life.

                  I am a regular flip kart customer, but some days before I have ordered 5 branded T-shirt, but I have found all are defected not even a single t-shirt are wearable, I called to customer care and ask or exchange.

                  But they said not even a single t-shirt are available in his warehouse for exchange. So please take refund.

                  I ordered the product on 2nd May, and received it on 4th May. The hitachi engineers came next day and installed the product and they found out that AC is damaged and they told that service engineers will be visiting to check it again as they don't have proper knowledge. The service engineers came on 9th May and told us that AC needs to be replaced. Then i contacted hitachi service centre, they didn't respond. Called multiple times, followed numerous people but they just don't respond. Then i lodged a complaint in flipkart because i received the faulty product from them,
                  On 9th May i talked to their customer support and they told me issue will be resolved in 72 hours. Then as usual nothing happened. After 72 hours i again talked to them, and i also raised return request on their website, and again they asked 72 hours & told me product engineer will call me. He called me and said they need more time and he gave me totally different response time. Then again i called them, i asked for escalation channel, and their supervisor talked to me and assured me issue will be resolved by 17th may & on 16th May i got a mail issue will be resolved by 18th May.
                  Even the supervisor is fooling me. Now the only resort which is in front me is consumer court. I don't know even they are going to replace it or not.

                    I had purchased this laptop from Flipkart in May, 2012. Since then i have been facing issues with the machine. We notified Dell but it said the warranty has expired. I showed them the bill which said that it was purchased in May, 2012. They said that Flipkart had purchased this from KK Overseas in December 2011 which is why the guarentee of the product has expired in december 2012. Now Flipkart says they will need a months time to get this updated at Dell. If this gets updated in mid of April, then I get a warranty of just 20 days.

                      I have applied for a purchase of Portable hard disc through the Flipkart.
                      First the shipping service was cancelled for my city.Therefore I applied the shipping address for different location.After 10-15 days,I gave a call to customer care regarding the shipping.They informed me that due to some personal reasons it could not delivered to the location. You again make the request.I again applied for the same.As per the information provided on the website,the parcel should be delivered to the address within 2-3 days but after making the request. this information has changed to 12 days,.After 10 days I received a call from flipkart that it can not be delivered to my address. Now I am applying for the refund of my amount but the flipkart is again & again giving the excuses regarding giving the details of account.

                        I purchased 2 John Players trousers for Rs.1160 (total bill value) from Flipkart.com on 11/jan/2013 (Order no: OD[protected]). Due to fitting issues, I returned back both the trousers & couried myself through The Professional Couriers (Tracking no: TVL2174566). It's almost 2 months going to over, still I didn't get my money refunded.
                        I have mailed them several times and spoke to Cust. Care executive but I get a same reply " in 2 days this will be solved". Please don't trust this site, as they are big cheaters. They acknowledge the items are received, but they are not refunding the amount.

                          The Flipcart, which used to be a reliable site, now a days has become an online fraud site, many recent reviews about it in this site itself is a testimony to that. Think I should have read the latest reviews about it before dealing with them.
                          I ordered a kaspersky internet security software from them by paying Rs 505 through internet banking, on[protected], they promised me to deliver the thing at least by 27/02/2012,( order No:OD[protected]). they send me a mail indicating confirmation of the order and a tracking ID , with which, they claimed, I can track the shipment of the product. They claimed that it reached kottayam on 5th march, 11 days after ordering the product, but till 7th evening I didn't received the product. Ever since their proposed last date of delivery I used to call their call center, after giving the details of the order they will make you wait for 2 to 5 minutes, then will say, "sorry for the inconvenience, ur product will be delivered to u in two business days", (this will be shameless creatures's dialogue irrespective of how many days after ur order u r calling them, something like it is recorded and played back). Today after 13 days of ordering the product, after many futile phonecalls and E-mails, I called them, and asked them to cancel the order, and was told " we will cancel ur order soon and u will get the refund to ur acount within 10 to 12 working days!!!!!!!!," that is just to transfer back my money to my account!!!!

                            My name is Rajesh , I was bought a Mobile Karbonn A30 worth 11500/- from Flipkart.com via my credit card on 6 Month EMI, but when i received the product it was opened not sealed pack. i have immediate call the customer care & tell him to replace the product, they ordered replacement product against previous one. after few days i have received a call from flipkart that replacement product has been stolen from logistics. So your product will arrive after 10 days. i had immediate cancel the replcement product order & tell him to pickup faulty product from my place. after several reminder on mails & phone calls they had finally picked faulty product from my place & i got a receipt of courier guy as a proof of receiving product. but after two month they are not ready to return my money back, everytime they told me that your reverse payment will be proceed within 7 to 8 working days or sometime their executive told me that pick up not done from your end & they are arranging the product pick up but product already picked by their guys, some times they told me your replacement product has been deliver but i have already cancelled the replacement product. Flipkart making me fool & wasting my time , i have already pay two month EMI to my bank & it can't stooped because bank guys told me money will be refunded by merchant.
                            So kindly help me to sort out this issue, flipkart.com company is froud company to return customer money after delivering faulty products.

                              I have ordered one Backpack bag through Flipkart, and after receiving the product I don't find it worth. And all the products on Flipkart has 30 Days Replacement Guarantee, and Flipkart's return policy says that if the customer is not satisfied with the product, then the Flipkart will issue a same amount of Wallet Credit into the Customer's account. I have already spoken to Mr. Chinnappa Karumbaiah Kuppanda, who is the Grievance Officer with Flipkart Internet Private Limited, but he has denied to provide me any kind of help in this regard.

                                  I have brought a toy for my kid (Disney Cars Wind up) from Flipkart.com. In the website they have mentioned the specification of the toy as Width:16cms, Height: 23cms and depth:10cms but the actual product I received has Width:8cms; Height:3cms.

                                  When I have asked for the refund they refused to pay the money back to me instead they have asked me to buy another product of the same rate. I am scared to buy any more product from the same company as the possibility of getting cheated again is very high.

                                    my order of adidas echo sandals was placed on 12 April and Flipkart couldn't make the delivery till 7th of may. I was cancelled the order on 7th may and the pickup for the refund was on 9th may. I was not recieved my cash back. on 11th of may when I check the status on Flipkart app it shows that the refund request has been cancelled. I was cancelled the order on 7th may and the pickup for the refund was on 9th may.                                       i have order toshiba pen drive of rs 300 and index headset of 125rs so my total bill was 425rs and above 300rs order shipping is free for 30rs but i only received pen drive and i checked my other order so they said they have problem in your order from their waherehouse and you have to place fresh order and they will pay wallet of 30rs shipping. but now you have to pay 125rs + 30rs for shiping.

                                      wallet is just for online voucher.

                                        I purchased a samsung laptop (Model np300v5a-s0cin) from flipkart.com on 7th of february against order number od[protected] for an amount of rs. 39990/-. The laptop was shipped promptly by them using some company named ekart logistics against tracking id dx24795696 and the package was delivered on 9th of february at 7:00 pm and my wife had received the package.

                                        Upon reaching home at 9:45 pm of 9th feb, i felt that the package is fairly light and upon opening the package, i found that there is no laptop inside the package. There was a samsung box inside a flipkart carton, and the samsung box was having the packing materials, a disk and some user manuals, a small brown box and an invoice from flipkart, however, there was no laptop or the charger for the laptop inside that box.

                                        I immediately called flipkart customer support at their customer support number[protected] and lodged a complaint against a reference number[protected]. I was promised a callback within 24 to 48 hours. I kept on chasing it up again and again and on 11th feb, i received a call from some escalation department of flipkart telling me that they are still investigating and need more time to fix this up. They promised a call within next 24 to 48 hours. There on again, i kept on chasing this up with them time and again, but to no avail. They kept on promising of times when they would call, however no body called. Yesterday i was promised of a call by 1 pm, however, again nobody called. I called them back at 1:10 pm and upon a lot on efforts, spoke to shankar from escalation team, who promised me a resolution by 7 pm. Shankar called me at around 5:30 pm and told me that the courier company has confirmed that the laptop was delivered.

                                        I told him that the courier company delivered the package, however to no avail. They did not listen to me at all. This seems like i have been cheated. That too at hands of such a reputed online sales portal. I cant run around to consumer courts and wait years for having this issue resolved, however, the amount in question i.E. Rs. 39990/- is not that trivial that i would be able to leave this and live with a light head here on. I have made purchases from various online stores in past, have received duplicate products, broken/damaged products or lost shipments and these concerns were addressed pretty promptly by the respective companies. However, this incident has left me shattered to an extent that i would never be able to trust an online retail store to place an order.

                                        It seems like, flipkart, like most other systems that we have seen, is good only till the time everything goes as expected, however, should there be a need to redress the issues, there is nothing that they would do to set things right. I went to the extent of writing a message to sandeep bansal (Md of flipkart.com) and received no response from him either.

                                        I understand that this might be a small case that has come forward to this forum, however, means a lot to me as this amount in question is something that i have worked very hard to earn. I would appreciate any assistance that i would receive via this forum.

                                        This is what is written on Flipkart.com. Aren't you allowed to claim theft under their free insurance.

                                        I deeply regret your inconvenience. Hope they help you out soon as this is a real set back / eye opener to all people blindly trusting these online shopping companies.

Moreover the E kart Logistic is belongs to Flipkart itself and they are fraud and they don't know how to behave with the customer.. I trust you Please lodge the complaint, also check with CS who was the Field agent to delivered the Shipment.. if require lodge complaint to the nearest Police station... in the name of Ekart Logistics.

                                        This Ekart logistics people are simply third rated human beings, they even dont know how to talk to people.
                                        I ordered a few CD's and DVD's from flipkart, this ekart people even after coming into my office premises, are not willing to come to come to my office floor to deliver the goods and giving a impression that by buying goods from flipkart we are simply becoming slaves of flipkart.
                                        The words used by the courier boys of ekart are very filthy and which simply reveals that they are mannerless and illiterate.

                                        I have ordered a cell phone using cash on delivery. When I called to flipcart helpline no to trace the order, they have no clue about my order status. It seems E-kart logistic is nothing but a worst delivery service own by flipcart and don't have any office. Every time answer was same 'we dont have idea, wait for 24 hours we would update you' and lastly today I recieved call flipkart people are not able to track (sounds funny) where order is hence they are cancelling order (Really bad and pathetic ) I dont have words to describe about flipkart and ekart logistics I would never ever shop from flipkart site and would never recommed anyone to shop from flipkart.
                                        I bought one HP Omni desktop 120-2111 by order Id : OD [protected] from Flipkart on 31st Oct 2012. Product was received in good condition and working fine till May 2013. In the m/o May 2013 I was facing problem with the dongle of cordless key board and mouse, I contacted HP for warranty replacement of my faulty dongle, at that time I came to know from HP (thru mail) that warranty for my PC is only for 1 year and not for 3 year which was confirmed by Flipkart at the time of sale to me. I forwarded that mail to Flipkart and asked for the clarification, flipkart again claimed (thru mail) that warranty is for 3 years.



                                        This dispute is pending since last 3- 4 months, now few days back I start getting calls from WS Retail (channel partner of Flipkart) for warranty issue. One Mr. Anurag of WS Retail advised me to use the PC with one year warranty, when I asked him, why they are writing 3 years warranty on website, he said these are all marketing fundas to sell the product. Actually the warranty is for 1 year only, when I inquired about the mail which I got from flipkart which is stating 3 years warranty, he said flipkart is just a platform to sell the product, and we are the actual seller of this product. He also advised me to not to bother flipkart by writing unnecessary mails on this issue as nobody will entertain you. I told him that I am not going to spare WS/Flipkart on this issue and will file a case in consumer court, he said I am free to go anywhere and plenty of cases are pending in consumer court on their name, their lawyers are capable enough to handle thousands of more cases like this.



                                        Customer support executive of Flipkart always listen my story and promise for callback from their seniors but nobody is responding neither on mails nor on phone.



                                        I am feel like cheated. Companies like WS Retail and Flipkart are looting people openly.



                                        Flipkart is selling goods by



                                        1. Misleading advertisements and false representation.

                                        2. Cheating by giving false promises.

                                        3. Deficiency in after sale service or not abiding by warranty clause.

                                        4. Harrasing customers thru channel partners.



                                        How we can stop this??? kindly advice how can I get the warranty support or else I need my money back which I have paid for this pc i.e. Rs. 31743/-
                                        being a media person i can suggest a way out contact a TV channel with copy of complaints and other valid documents you have and try to run the story on some channel, any genuine journalist or a good reporter will surely follow your story.if nothing happens approach some human rights organisation on "being cheated basis" surely they will kick their cheater . i had a bad experience with snapdeal when they sent me a defective electronic telescope, i fought several times with them to get my money back, it took me around 30 days to get my money refunded, don't loose hope and fight for your money.

                                        and when i complaint this to Flipkart they hardly bother about the incident and said they will deliver next day and when i force them they register a complaint and simply said that they will send some other guy today for the delivery but nothing can happen in this case.

I decided to buy a Canon EOS camera through them, since it was being offered at a 40% discount. When i got the package, i saw that the import date was Oct 2012. I immediately called them and intimated them about the same. I asked them to either refund the money or send me a newer piece. I was ok even if they retained the money, so i could buy something else from their site. The first customer care executive assured me that he would see if they could deliver a later model and if not possible, he'll put the money in my wallet for me to make some other purchase. Immediately the next day, i receive another mail intimating that the replacement had been shipped. I was expecting a newer model, but to my dismay i again got a model imported in Oct 2012. When i called them again, they didn't call back for 3 days. Upon calling them again, the next day i got a call from their support. The person intimated me that canon has stopped manufacturing this in 2012 and this is what i'll get even if i go to the market. I was a bit surprised and asked him if he was sure and he was very confident. I told him that this information should clearly be indicated on their website then. Nobody wants to buy an old product after paying money. I again asked him to take the product back and put the the money in my flipkart wallet, to which he refused. I told him i intend to take the case to the consumer court and that i want a mail from him in writing. I'm waiting for that mail, pending which i intend to go to the consumer court and sort out this case which is clearly cheating, since nothing about the import date is mentioned. AGain the dealer here is WS Retail. I am very disappointed with this experience from flipkart.

And I have received the SMS on my mobile mentioning "shipment delivered" when i called up MR Manjunath from flipkart, they told it is by mistake they updated the status and by 7 PM it will be delivered, No surprises!!! it was not delivered, again when contacted, their saying is the courier co., ekart update was "COULD NOT DELIVER BECAUSE OF NO RESPONSE ". This is from flipkart and ekart.These service is horrible.No one either from flipkart or ekart called me and they updated saying no response.

                                        I have faced similar experiences of the original poster. Flipkart shipped me a wrong product. Instead of a laptop, I was shipped with a toy. Order ID#OD[protected]. It is been 10 days and endless follow ups and I have not seen the light at the end of the tunnel. They sent their representatives to physically take a look at what was delivered and took photographs. But, no updates from their end and when I call their customer service I get a lame apology but no useful information. There is absolutely no escalation matrix. No supervisor to talk to other than the customer service personnel. I am now exploring other options to get my issue resolved.

                                        This is not worth the pain. Am very disappointed.

                                        It is the fact that flipcart provides the great deals. But their courier service, especially ekart is the worst, i have ever experienced. Whatever this courier service is full of faults. Let me give some examples:
                                        1)the time that is taken by it, is really irritating.
                                        Ekart is taking about 3-4 days to deliver products from kolkata to burdwan (distance-92 kms).Whereas any other co. Like, “bluedart”,
                                        “feedex” take 1 day only.
                                        2)the updates are also given by a span of about 24 hrs.!!!
                                        3)if you have to replace or, refund your product, you are going to experience the worst, i make you sure.

                                        I have ordered InFocus M680 on 8th June, 2016. I am not satisfied with the product quality. InFocus M680 having 13MP Rear & front camera. But the quality of images is not even of 5MP, I am not happy with the product quality.

                                        Spending 8999/- on InFocus M680 is not a good deal. There are many more good options in the same range I would like to prefer Redmi Note 3 by spending 3000/- more rather of wasting 8999/- on InFocus M680.
