[Resolved]  Flipkart — refund

i have ordered 2 pen drives on flipkart that were not getting detected on the computers so i requested them to refund the money. they told me to sent the pen drives back to them and they will refund the amount with an extra charge of 100 rs per pen drive as courier charges. i sent them back and both had been delivered but they are not refunding the amount. the totel sum is approx rs 1100. the order ids are OD[protected] and OD[protected] respectively. kindly help me. i will be highly obliged.

my refund for puma casual shoe is not yet received to my bank account which I provided on 30th may 2015.i frequently called flipkart customer care in all four days for the refund of Rs1379/- . Two weeks ago I sent them declaration form as they demanded but no use at all.flipkart is cheating me.please help me to get my money back.
I m a regular customer on flipkart because of it service.but this time flipkart disappointment to me because of bad customer service.
Recently i did purchase a Laptop (Lenovo Essential G505s) on FlipKart which was a defect Piece. When i ask for replacement but they don't have that laptop available in a stoke and when i ask for refund they r not giving me proper reply and i also send a image of the product.I doubt they are selling refurbished and used items on FlipKart.

Problem :-touch pad key is pressed and laptop heating problem.

After a few days I had ordered a flip cover. I got it but it is not fit on mobile. So I put a replacement request.
Then I got same flip cover which is not fit also. Then again I put refund request on 9 Aug 2014. I got message my flipcover shipment will be picked up till 20 Aug. but no response. Then I got message again your flip cover will be received 21 Aug. before 7 pm. then no response. Next day I got message your flip cover will be picked up 22 aug. before 7 pm. but no response. I am facing inconvenience. Please solve this problem as soon as possible

Sir !i have brought a lava e xtron tablet from flipkart... It became dead within six month..lava service centre issued DOA certificate ...i complained to flipkart regarding it on 12/9/2014 ..they promised to solve it up to 15 but they did not do this...agai i complained to 15 they again promised to solve it before 17 and similar way they forwarding date ...and now they are defying to refund ...

On 6th Oct 2014 I tried to purchase Kenstar Super Shiney Steam Iron @ discounted price of Rs. 399 + 40 shipping Charge.
The transaction of Rs.439 has been debited from my Kotak Credit Card No.xx7553 at FLIPKART INTERNET PRIV on 06-Oct-2014.
But my order was not made also I have not received my refund yet.
Please look this matter as serious issue & Solve it ASAP

I cancelled my order on 23rd Sep and till now i have not received the refund. When asked, they asked me to check with my bank people. I did that as well but even my ICICI bank people said there is no refund reflecting in my account.
I have sent so many emails and made so many calls, they never respond to the email nor give a proper resolution for my issue.

I have been waiting from 17th November to get the refund. I already have called 15 times. All I was told to wait till 02 Dec now I got an email saying that we have added it to tour account. You don't believe I have had words with manager he disconnected the call two times. His m name was Rajanna. Called about 10 time, 17 times call is disconnected by the agent. 2 times by manager. Debited amount for a failed transaction is not refunded by the flipkart even after a week.
i had purchased a product from flipkart on 28 january 2015 worth Rs.1699, when i received and was not as per my satisfaction. so i decided & return the product to flipkart on 31 january 2015, with the declaration form stating all my bank details which is required by flipkart. and contact the fliplart for refund time. in return i got replied i.e, refund will take 1 week time. till today i have not received the refund. its almost 2 months delay. when i contact toll free [protected] or email, the executives says your bank details are not correct, please update. though i have given the declaration form in writing with all details how can the details be incorrect. at every call or email this is issue. and i get reply "i am taking your request to make refund as soon as possible". but todays its 23 february, still i get the same reply "i am taking your request to make refund as soon as possible".

flipkart is using the public money without paying them interest.

my order of adidas echo sandals was placed on 12 April and Flipkart couldn't make the delivery till 7th of may. I was cancelled the order on 7th may and the pickup for the refund was on 9th may. I was not recieved my cash back. on 11th of may when I check the status on Flipkart app it shows that the refund request has been cancelled. I connected to the customer care of Flipkart and they said that the issue will be forwarded to the concern team and to wait till 15th may.
