[Resolved]  FLY /Mobile — Very Unsatisfied with mobile service center

Dear sir my phone is fly v120 IMEI no.[protected]
when i buy this ph. only 1st time insert sim is working other sim is not working last one and half month.
i am take over this ph. for your service centre in haldwani dist.nainital state uttarakhand india.
we receved ph. after 15 days with satisfication that ph. is working all right.but problem is same.
i am trying to meet your engg.but he is already absence.
please do the needful work for this matter.
than i am going to consumer form to solve this problem.
i am in troble what can i do.

i have fly mobile model no. is sSL500i, IMEI no.[protected] and purchase date is 15/07/2008.and purchase from BABU RAM TELECOM CITY ROAD BATALA .
Atleast four month ago my mobile has display problem it made done by service center that is SPEED TELECOM BATALA PUNJAB . in two months . when it repaired my mobile has another repeated complaint that is when the mobile am use and make any call it is shut down from last six weak, and the main problem that is charging promlem held on mobile when i am charging the mobile then some times
it is show battery is full . Now i am concern last repaired date at our nearest servce center whose tell me ur mobile is ok .
i am also concerned with Mr. jatinder singh( service area incharge) and his no. [protected]
If i want any complaint no. from service center he ignore me and not given any branch contact no . either
address and service center attendent person is not given proper sevice to me or my mobile .
I am very tied and mently harrastted . now my mobile is out of warranty from fifteen days. pls resolve my critical problem kindly due request . pls pls pls SIR/ MADAM help me and solve my problem becoz my area service center i.e SPEED TELECOM BATALA has very very very very poor sevice to customer .

fly phone-model 2080 — bad service provider

on 3rdseptember2008 i purchased fly 2080 model phn and on 4months back that is somewere in march 2009cellphone charging base was damaged and so i gave the phn to one of the fly service center in kondwa pune-40, but that was my biggest mistake they said they wil give me the phone within 15 to 20 days as they r going to send it to delhi as they cant repair it but now its 4 months and around 1 week back they gave me replacement cell and said my phone cant b repaired, but phone which they gav me is scrached and its speakers and body is damaged so again they askd me to give the phone to one of their workshop in rastapedh in pune and again its been 8 days and when i cald them they sd it wil take some more days im dam tired name of the head of service center is sachin

i purchased fly v100 on 10th oct 2008 from Jammu, after few time i went to Haryana, where i found my fly v100 not working properly and the problem was with its display. so i went to the nearst authorised service center named as Adonis service center, opposite electrical complaint office, neelam chowk faridabad. After few time, i got my cellphone well repaired, and i came out of service center with a smile on my face, . (Actually the engineer had replaced the whole internal hardware with new working hardware without informing me as the imei number has also changed.)

But now i am in jammu and my handset is suffering other kind of problem that it is not able to read data from memory card, so again i went to Authorised service center near trikuta complex at jammu, they noticed that the IMEI NUMBER WHILE PRESSING *#06# IS DIFFERENT AS PRINTED ON THE BACK SIDE OF THE PHONE AND PRODUCT BILL, so the did not accepted to repair my cellphone under warrenty.

so what may i do now????????????

I have problem with my fly V80i (display cracked), customer care not respond in good way so, i send mail to the fly website contect address, and Thanks to the delhi office they care me personnaly and ask to customer care to 25% discount and repairing soon.

and now I injoyed my cell very good condition and no probl. this time. So user may contect through web site of fly, very gentle persone in delhi office one Madam is realy good, I forget her name she... realy she is very nice person ...Thanx to fly.

I have given my phone for display related problem in their service center, Aura Telecom Services P.Ltd 15BMezznaine floor, Kolkata -70001(W.B) on 08.07.09, not yet I got my mobile. They told me after 8 days they will return my phone .Since one month have elapsed they were unable to get my mobile repaired .Even they did not reply when I shall got my mobile.

all to those who have raised complaints...

This is to inform you all that even i have the same problem and mine is really a severe issue i bpught 3 DUAL SIM FLY mobile phones for me and my frenz too but within few days i saw all the 3 chargers to be not working and alo maximum network problems and also not even single ear phone operating properly. Even i am facing many problem with all the 3 phones like getting switched off drastically and also battery getting low very soon.


Can someone provide me the exact serivice center address and contact# in bangalore please...

i have purchased a Fly SX210 mobile and after few month the USB Port was not supporting. I was submitted this mobile in Panvel fly service center but the problems are not solved .The technician was talking and behaving very rufly with us. picture quality of my mobile now became very poor as before. Some of my friend say that they change 2 mp camera and replaced a vga camera in place of my original camera what would i do please tell me.

hi i am using the fly 2080 phone for last 8month.i am satisfied with the phone but some major issues like phone is getting restart, not getting the parts.even when i showed this phone to service center in nagpur they r telling that u have to keep the phone but about getting phone back by what time is a big query.if company is actually taking the complain seriously then i expect the solution for this.waiting for reply
