my cell is two time hanging problem criat and my cell model is v100. I have bought a handset fly V100 on 14.07.08 and I have change this mobil. so what i can do. Thanks

I have bought DS 500 within two days it was malfunctioning. I sent it to service centre. Already two weeks passed. Still they are not able to repair my mobile.

No service center available in pune.Please provoide this service in pune

Fly Mobile — Poor quality of product and repair Services of Fly mobile model V60

Dear Team,
I have purchased the v60 model of Fly mobile on August 25, 2008 through "The Mobile Store". In last 6 months i have faced two problems and both the time I am not satisfied with the company and their service center.
First time there is a line showing on the screen for which it took around 3 days to reprair it in a newly purchased mobile and the problem occured in just 15 days of purchase.

Second time I faced the problem of some problem like Orange colour Spots on the screen and I have been asked to go to their new service station name " Devam Services" at Vijay Cross road, Navrangpura. They informed me that it will take around 8 to 10 days to repair it. The receipt given by them like a simple print out and no seal/stamp or signature mentioned there. I asked them how do i come to know that my mobile is repaired they informed me that please call on our telephone number and asked. For last two days I am trying their phone number and no one is picking up the phone.Now only option i found is to go there just to know whether it's ready or not.

I have also wrote a mail on fly mobile website but even after two days no revert to us.

I dont' understand in such competitive how a company can afford to provide such type of poor services to any customer so that customer comes to such forum and write mails or put it a complaints.

That's it.

I am from Mumbai and I went twice a time to Your Portages Church-Dadar (West) and I not Get because he is went to Nokia Service Center then I went to Tardeo (Commercial Building 4 Floor) they told me buy the Hands free from the gray market and if any thing is happen in the handset then it will not come under guaranty and My fly Handset model no is SX 390 kindly arrange the Hands Free as soon as possible I am willing to pay what ever amount to be paid and if you say pay by online or suggest where I can get the Original Hands Free

I purcghased Fly Mobile MP from Nokia Show Room Indira Nagar.When I cintacted for service problems they informed due to complaints theyb have left the selling Fly Mobiles.

I bought a cellphone(Model No. fly 3574) of company 'FLY' on date 16 August 2008 from Radhey Comm., U-75, Main Bus Terminal, Narela. On date 25th April 2009 I found that my cell is not working properly, it did not get the proper speaker and camera. Then i went to authroized Service center that is 'SS Communication, Meer Singh Mkt, Narela of FLY company on date 26th Apr 2009.They people Checked my cell physically and found that there are problems in speaker & camera, both not working properly.They kept my mobile for 1 month and finally i bring back my cell without any service.

sir, I bought a fly sx 315 model on 17 aug.2009 & after two months of its purchase, the set has started creating problem sometime it switch off by itself even if the battery indiacator is indicating full battery, it now even not accepting a memmory card, bluetooth has also stopworking.please tell me from where should i get my mobile repaired, when the care center are not abl to solve my problem

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have purchased handset DS500 from Pune in the month of February 2009 for Rs.7900/-. Within 3 months i.e.two days back Charger has got problem & is not working. Now i am facing problem of Slider. Its getting now very hard to open the Slider & phone going in switch off mode automatically after opening Slider.
