[Resolved] Ford - Figo Complaints — got only one key with the vehicle-poor servicing | |||
sir, I brought a new ford figo car in the name of my wife on july 2010 form kairali ford kollam-kerala. I got only one key with the vehicle. the secod key not given by the dealer yet. I contact with the dealer several time but they not give the second key to me. more over I serviced the vehicle from the same service centre on last month after the service I see that the door damaged and the paint from the door scratched due to the poor care and maintanance by the service people. I contact to the service manager and they offered me to fix a new door instead the damaged one. but they file a claim for insurance and thus they fixed a new door with the insurance amount. so lease help me to solve the these issues. vehicle no kl25a1993. ford figo regards, krishnakuma.r [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||

I am sorry to hear your difficulties with your ford car. Even i have the worst experiences with ford and its service people. I am updating and contacting people having trouble with ford.
