Ford Figo — Pathetic Service and customer service from FOrd INdia | |||
I am using a Ford Figo for last two years. The service is extreme low. Repeated faults and repaired arround 25 times so far in kairali ford's kottayam and kochi service centers. Still facing troubles which started arround 3000 km and it is 56000 km now. I am wondering these people are Ford or FROD.....? Could you please specify the detail of the repeated fault with your vehicle which has mounted to 25 times.
From my experience with Kairali Ford I find them reasonable and helpful in any type of situation both under warranty and otherwise.

Ford India — Pathetic customer service
Please read below about my recent experiences at Victoia Ford , a Ford Service Centre in Calcutta· They have no respect for their own timelines.
· They try to give damage / dispute parts in the name of new parts
· They put used and worn out parts and charge for new one.
· Their Senior Managers are clueless about what is happening at the floor.
· They rough up customers when hanky panky with Spare Part is caught.
Nobody from Ford office reads or writes back to any complaint mail sent at their service email id despite repeated follow up with customer care at Chennai
