Ford — FORD INDIA A FRAUD MAKING FALSE PROMISES TO BOOST SALES

Dear Sir
I had purchased a Ford Figo variant 1.4 ZXI in the name of Gaurav Singla on 01/06/2012. The vehicle was booked on 13/05/2012 in the scheme named Ford Midnight Sale offer and won a PANASONIC 32 INCHES LED TV in the above mentioned scheme and the gift will be delivered to me by the company.

I was assured by the company through SMS and Ford authorized agency PEARL FORD JAGADHRI that my LED will be received by me in next 45 days but the same never happened. I contacted the dealer who to my surprise showed no interest in listening to me and just passed an asurance that the promise will be kept by the company and asked me to mark a mail to Ford India for further follow up with our further disturbing the dealer in this regard.

Since then I have been writing to Ford India with regards to the issue without any revert except a phone call from their side verifying my coupon number and further assuring me that my request has been processed and I would be getting my gift within next few working days.

This is quiet disturbing to see that the company like Ford Figo and its dealers (Pearl Ford Jagadhri) is making false promises to attract the customers and increase their car sales just putting the brand reputation and customer commitment at stake.

And the most disgusting is the attitude of the company towards its prestigious customers since i have marked a number of mails to the company regarding this issue and the company has not even responded satisfactorily for just once.

Would request you to pls take up the matter with the company so that we can know where is the flaw along with delay in the commitment.

I think a lot o[censored]nnecessary delay has been caused by you on this issue and i assure you what is most disgusting is your customer service . I have put more than five E-mails to you regarding this issue in this whole tenure and have not received any satisfactory communication from your side even once.

So i am again requesting you to please solve this matter with the utmost priority and urgency with in the next week only .
