TO, THE FORD INDIA, INDIA SUBJECT:NOT GETTING PROPER HELP AND SUPPORT DEAR SIR MADAM, MYSELF YOGESH KAURAV, I HAVE PURCHASED A FORD FIGO (DIESEL) CAR FROM SAI FORD, BHOPAL, ON[protected]. AND WHICH WAS UNFOURTANELY MET AN ACCIDENT ON[protected] AT GADARWARA DISTT NARSINGPUR, MP. THE CAR WAS BROUGHT BY TOEING FROM ACCIDENTAL PLACE TO SAI FORD BHOPAL SHOWROOM, IN SHOWROOM MINE CAR WAS FULLY EXAMINED AS PER THE ORDER OF SHOWROOM OWNER MR .JAI MOOLCHANDNI, BY COMPANY EXPERTS SERVICE ENGINEER MR.YOGESH MULE ,AND THEY HAVE GIVEN THE ESTIMATE OF TOTAL AMOUNT Rs.2,07,000/- TO CHOLAMANDLAM INSURANCE COMPPANY, THEN THEY HAVE TAKEN OF Rs.40,000/- FROM MY SIDE TO START THE REPAIRING JOB AS TOKEN AMOUNT. THEY HAVE CALLED ME AT SHOWROOM FOR DELIVERY OF VEHICLE ON[protected], AS SAID CAR IS BEING REPAIRED NOW YOU HAVE TO PAY ENTIRE AMOUNT WHICH WAS BEEN EXPENCE ON REPAIRING WORK AND TAKE AWAY THE CAR. WHEN I HAVE START THE CAR FOR TEST DRIVE , I HAVE FOUND THAT ITS MAKING LOTS OF ENGINE SOUNDS, THEN I HAVE COMPLAINED ON MINE COMPLAINT THEY HAVE CALLED MR.YOGESH MULE SERVICE ENGINEER FOR REINSPECTION, THEN HE SAID ITS ENGINE GOT DAMAGED AND APPROX Rs.80,000/- + EXPENSES WILL COME WHICH WILL BEARED BY YOU. AS PER THERE ESTIMATE GIVEN TO CHOLAMANDLAM INSURANCE COMPANY & THEY HAVE AGREED THAT CAR ENGINE IS OKAY AND ANY KIND OF BREAKAGE IS NOT FOUND IN CAR GEAR BOX. AS PER THE COMPANY POLICY IF CAR IS BEING DAMAGED BY ACCIDENT, ITS COMPENSATION IS TO BE PROVIDED BY INSURANCE COMPANY OR AS PER WARRANTY POLICY, OF SAI FORD COMPANY. BUT SAI FORD COMPANY KNEWED THAT THE TOTAL ESTIMATE WHICH IS Rs.2,87,000/-AND CAUSE OF THAT VEHICLE GOES TO COMPLETE IN TOTAL LOSS , AND BECAUSE OF THAT SAI FORD COMPANY DO NOT GET ANY PROFIT ON REPARING THE CAR.SO THEY HAVE DIVIDED THE REPARING WORK IN TWO PARTS SO THAT THEY ALSO MAY GET PROFIT FOR REPAIRING WORK. THERE SEEMS TO BE FINACIAL MISINTERPERTATION OR CONSIPIRACY FOR ECONOMICAL PROFIT FROM SAI FORD COMPANY THEY MADE WRONG ESTIMATIONGIVEN TO INSURANCE COMPANY FOR CLAIM, BUT THE PICTURES OF MINE ACCIDENTAL CAR SHOWS THAT, ITS DON’T HAVE SEEMS TO BE THAT MUCH WORK AS THEY HAVE SAID OF WORTH Rs.2,07,000/- STILL THEY HAVE NOT HANDED OVER THE CAR TO ME AND STILL SAYING TO DEPOSIT OF Rs.80,000/- AND ITS NOT FAIR IN TERMS OF BUSSINES, BEING A CONSUMER STILL IM AWAITING FOR MY CAR. DUE TO ACCIDENT SAI FORD HAVE GIVEN ME LOSSES FROM BOTH THE SIDED, DUE TO NOT HAVING CAR I HAVE TO EXPENSES LOTS IN TRANSPORTATION AND STILL I AM PAYING THE INSTALMENTS OF MINE WHICH IS BEING FINANCED. THERFORE I REQUEST KINDLY TAKE AN APPROPRIATE ACTION AGAINST SAI FORD. I am sorry to hear your difficulties with your ford car. Even i have the worst experiences with ford and its service people. I am updating and contacting people having trouble with ford.
