Dear friends, if you did not get salary for three months why were you working with them?? i have not known anybody who has not received his / her salary.salary comes on 7th sometimes on 8th which is ok. and they are diractly transferred in accounts so that's fine as money is in account bafore 9th every month.I am an x employee myself. things did no work out so i left but kudos to Franchise india and Gaurav Marya and sachin Marya. They are very hard working smart people. They work for nothing less than 18-19 hrs a day. Dear friend its difficult for people like you and me its impossible. they have only one passion, to take organisation to the next level. i don't know, but to some extent sure that they are not earning money for themself but for the organisation. such a fantastic marketing driven organisation. Friend it takes money to advertise like what they do. I have seen their family giving sweat and blood to their organisation, and when full families get involved the company ought to be successful.

Yes it is a fraud company looting employee salary, client money and investors.They fool every investor in name of registration money for getting best brand even those who don't offer franchise model, brands to get investors & builders to lease properties.
I as an ex employee have lost my salary, dues and heard client abusing at hearing company or gaurav marya's name.He is so shameless that he can hear all this but not return money.Total fraud no entrepreneur and so called self proclaimed father of franchising.Even his best show does not manage to get good speakers because people know the truth and mostly those come who need publicity or brands who cannot risk themselves and want franchise model to risk investors money.
Gaurav marya has no ethics, absolutely mean way of talking to employees and uses uncalled language like shopkeeper.
His pretense is only to fool new clients and people whom he can employ like local wage labourer at low cost.Shame on him and standing which has no true respect

Dont join the company if someone is being interviewed...its a place...full of crap...complete management speaks like laymens...no professional ethics...correct word...they are bloody cheap n downgraded. They will hire you for some profile and make you do something else.
Highest attrition rate...i havent ever seen an MD of a company roaming around seeing whats gng on in the pantry, who is doing what, bluntly poking his head anywhere...
sachin, ritu, franchise india...chindi, gawar, cheap, nonsense. dont join this place...you will regret for sure.

I became a customer of Franchise India a year ago and can confidently say that it is truly a FRAUDULENT company. I have a property in Rajasthan and they promised me that they will lease it out to some big shot brand within no time. Convinced by their big promises, I made an advance payment of 60, 000 rupees. It has been a year now and I still havent gotten a SINGLE SITE VISIT from them. I have repeatedly contacted Mr. Gaurav Marya to reimburse my payment as clearly nothing was done for me. He kept giving assurance initially and now simply ignores all my phone calls. Similar goes with his staff Mr. Anis who talk as if they have a pole up their...

I am ashamed to admit that I fell trap to such FRAUDSTERS. But hoping this message would reach far and wide so all investors can beware of their ill agendas.

And if this message somehow reaches the promoters, remember..you can never ever prosper with STOLEN MONEY. It will come right back at you and bite you in some form or the other, be it wealth, health or relationships!

Yes I have also faced the same issue with this company. once they take the payment noone picks the call and noone replies mail.

Franchise India approached us and told that they will do idea consulting for us. They took 3.5 Lakhs amount from us and they said work would be started after 1 week but when no one called us then we started calling them for work. They said we will be doing it soon. But noone started our work and they told that sales team sold wrong product to you now we cannt work for you.
when we ask them to refund they said it will take 15 days we will do. We keep following with them over email and calls. Slowly everyone stopped picking calls(Asutosh- sales, Mayank- sales, Sanjay vats- sales, Brototi- Francorp, Mohit- Accounting, durgesh -accounting and Gaurav Marya- Owner) I maid many hundred calls to all of them but noone responded any one of my calls and sms. When I started calling Landline numbers they informed us that they are in meeting. It happened more than 100 times with us.
Now they are not replying our calls, mails, sms and they are not returning our money. They are absolutely fraud company and they take the money and will run away.
Do not talk to their sales team and do not waste money at all. We have meet many such cases where they tell that they talk big thing at the time of sale and later they will not do anything.

Dear Friends/brand owner/ property owner.

This company is unethical, unprofessional. I am ex-employee..this company owes me my PF and travelling expenses which amount to Rs.30, 000. Employees are not given PF numbers, but PF amount is deducted from their salary. They are into show business.. GAJAR DIKHAO aur ULOO Banao..they hire management trainees from business schools and ruin there careers by sacking them in 3-4 months.

They want money at any cost, from signing of brands, property lease/sell, brokerage from brands and persons who take franchise of brands. these kind of enthical practise should be stopped by the government. what is company law board of minstry of Company affairs doing?

Before I was planning to take franchise of Brewberrys Hospitality Pvt. Ltd to open my cafe but I found it is a fake company showing 45+ cafe across India but in real world there is around 25-30 cafes.
After consulting with my friends I found almost all the franchises are frustrated after taking franchise and now I changed my mind and going for other company.

My dear friend beware of such a companies they just want to make money once they get money you will be on yours.

hii am from hyderabad, i tried for fast food frnchisee which they offer me WINGS AND FRIES FOR THE PRICE 13 LAC and they said finally we will make it by 12 lacs, i have got doubt about their behaviour and i enquired personally finally they said it that franchisee for 5 lac...All the other amount is the margin of these stupids, where no consultancy is not charging this much. REALLY BEWARE OF THIS FRANCHISEE INDIA

FRANCHISE INDIA IS A FRAUD COMPANY-They don't deserve even single star rating

This is a fraud company.

They cheat all their stakeholders be it clients, employees or investors.

Anyone who deals with this firm will always be at loss.Thousands of people have got into their marketing trap and lost money but not everyone can go and complain, they take undue advantage of that.

I have no idea why these people (owners of franchise India) are not being put behind the bars for all the cheating they are doing by looting their clients. Don't get carried away by their talks, as talks is all that they do with the clients and the employees.But all the talks are just fake.

Don't get carried away with their marketing, as it is all a sham and there is a fraud face behind this king size marketing that they do.
They advertise so many brands in the paper, call any of them and ask them about franchise India they will tell you the story. You may call up any of their office and talk to any of the current employees or ex employees, they will tell you the truth.

I have been working with Franchise India since 3 years, I resigned the company once & was retained again. There were lot of complaints when I joined but but but Franchise India stood up strong & fired lot o[censored]nethical people from the organisation.In last financial year[protected] the company grew with more than 230% & clients have also written lot of appreciation mails when we have asked them to. Now we have also stopped acquiring brands which are not meant for franchise.Trust me the Company has lots & lots to offer you if you truly are willing to work positively & take things positively. The company now has 90-95% market share in this particular Industry & now is doing best to turn around things. About Mr.Gaurav Marya, He works 18 hours a day to make the vision successful, Don't forget lot of our India brands have become global only because of this concept.
I know some of you people are irate & lots of our clients are happy too. I request you all to write franchise india over email & they will surely get back to you. If Franchise India was bad then we would not exist or survive more than 2-3 years, now its been 16 years of existance. Wake up people & stop hating an India company which is making a huge effort to go Global in the best way.

Plzzzz don't join it's really afraid company call any investor or brand no one is happy . They take money from brands saying they will do consulting and help them opening franchise but they do all false promises
Investors never get the brand they are interested in and loose out on registration money.
There is no futuer in the company
