One fine day a person caller up saying that they provide carpenting, a/c servicing, computer services if i take their membership for Rs 500 for 1 year.I called thesse guys for A/c service, but there is no responce at all, iall no's going busy.Then i droped in a mail to there customer service where everytime i got the same response(i guess some fixed msg has been lying which is responding automatically everytime.) Please help in punishing them so that they cannot fool more people on the name of providing services.Or suggest me what i can do to teach them a lesson.

Even i have faced similar situation with pentacle services. they agreed to refund my amount but now they arent replying to mails and their numbers are constantly busy. i am writing my experience with them below:
On 29 march i called up your customer care center and asked for complimentary services for my air condition. I was under impression that as promised the service man would come within 24 working hrs thus called on a sunday so that service person would come on monday. However customer care executive told it cannot be done on monday then i asked to get it done on wed to which i was promised that service person would come on wednesday in firs half which i believe is before 12:00pm. The service personnel came at 2:30 when i was having lunch and had to leave after that. So i asked him to come next day to which he denied and asked to call customer care again which i did on the same day. Again i was given committment that service personel would come on sunday in first half.To my shock when i caled on saturday i was told there is no inquiry registered by my name. i asked them to send the service man on sunday positively to which the customer care executive politely denied citing that since its quite hot nowadays so they receive lot of inquiries for AC service. Kindly tell me if one doesnt get AC service in summers when should one get. Obviously you will get lots of AC service request in summers and accordingly you should have increased the staff. Still i kept my cool and requested to send engineer on monday.I cancelled all my appointments and waited at home on monday still no one came. Story doesnt end here. I contacted your customer care and spoke to manager Mr Vijay. First he doesnt know how to speak to a customer and i fail to understand how did he cleared your interviews or you kept him just like that. His manner of speaking was totally unacceptable.That apart he again gave same excuse that they are full with AC service request and promised that service person will come on tuesday positively. Just see i called on previous sunday-29 march and till 7 april i wasnt provided service(and you people write that service will be given within 24 hours). I thought to wait another day and staid at home on tue but again no one turned up. Finally i lost my cool and asked for refund of my money as you were unable to keep your committment not once but three times if i dont consider the time when i send your service man back.I spoke to Mr Vijay again and he told that i will be couriered cheque by next monday tha is13 april. Today is 27 april and till date i havnt received the refund and also whenever i call at your customer center all three lines are always busy.I want my refund back within a week with compensation for my time and mental harrassment i faced with interest on the amount you have kept with you for a month. If i dont get a positive response i would be forced to go to consumer court. I know that wont bother you much. But i ptomise i will use all medium-- press, internet, blogs, legal-- to defame your company. Pentacle Services — Cheating in the name of service
I subscribed to Pentacle Services annual membership after persistent calls from their tele-callers promising 24-hour service for any electrical, plumbing, carpenter or AC service problems to be attented by trained techincians.However my biggest problem is reaching their helpline numbers. No matter when I try they are always busy and I am never able to get through.
So far I have managed to get just 1 service and that too after trying their phone helpline 30-40 times and finally sending them an email asking for refund and informing them that I would not hesitate to lodge an FIR against them.
Today is 02-May-09 (Sat) and since morning I have dialled both their helpline numbers at-least 40 times but they are either busy or hit the Airtel voicemail. I urgently need some service but I just cannot reach their helpline.
I would like to get a complete refund of my membership or else join some group of other frusturated customers and lodge a case of cheating and denial of promised services in the consumer court. How can any organization take money from customers in advance and then fool them like this. They must be taught a lesson.

I paid Rs.499 to Pentacle Services and every time I tried ringing up their customer care/helpline number, the number is always showing as "busy."Amazingly, the number is busy even on Sunday and holidays.
Either Pentacle Services is the busiest company in the world or else it is the biggest fraud company I have ever come across. Satyam's promoter is an angel compared to the those running Pentacle Services.
One word of advice to everyone: STAY CLEAR OF PENTACLE SERVICES (OR ROAD RANGERS). THEY ARE NOTHING BUT CROOKS. DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

Pentacle is a fraud they keep their phones engaged.they think 500 is a small amount & nobody would turn around If they dont respond.After calling them several times they didn't send anybody for AC servicing.finally i got it done from somewhere else.I think they dont bother about legal actions.Their office is in Karol Bagh & they should be dragged down on the road.We should make police complaints against their frauds.
If Pentacle team is reading this.This is a warning for them either they give me my money back with in a week or I will call police & drag them on the road.

Yes, I agree with you. Their telephone number is always engaged whether you try it from morning till evening. I have asked them to refund my Rs 500 but they haven't done so far.
I have tried to obtain services of Pentacles several times after paying 499/.After lot of follo up I got one service but after that I am trying for more than 20 days but not able to connect. All the no.-[protected], 45088112, 45088113 keep on engaged tone as if they have put the hand set off the cradle. I think it i a fraud and ve should take legal course to settle our grievances.

I agree completely and I have now decided to take these guys to court. They have been taking me fora ride despite my personal visit to their office and reprimanding them on which they profusely apologised and also sent one service. Post that I have never been able to get through these people in the said nos.
Thus my only resort will be to file a case with the relevant details in a consumer court forum.

It is impossible to get through to their help line numbers for service but when their executive wanted to register me and take the MONEY she called 10 times and made me register.
When I wanted the service of a computer expert- I am unable to get the same- please let me relate the sequence of events
1) First day- I was registerd and I logged a call for computer repair after trying 50 times.
2) Second day - The person called me and I told him to visit me after 6.30 – I rushed home from work and was home at 6.30 and waited till late BUT NO ONE TURNED UP
3) Third Day - I tried the numbers but never got through but suddenly one executive calls up and says that are you ok with the computer service- WHICH SERVICE I ASK IF NONONE TURNS UP. So she closes the phone and says will check.
4) Third day- Suddenly I get a call from home that the computer guy has turned up at 2.30 p.m.- HOW CAN HE DO SO WITHOUT EVEN BOTHERING TO CALL OR CONFIRM TIME- AM I TO SIT AT HOME AND DO NO OTHER WORK BUT WAIT WHOLE DAY WAITING FOR YOUR SERVICE GUY TO TURN UP WHEN HE FEELS LIKE !!!

Pentacle Services — Fraud on the name of providing services
Dear AllMyself Jasmeet Bhatia, New Delhi register with Pentacle Services on 8thapr2009, would like to bring to the notice all the consumers those who want the "Home Emergiency" services at their door step by just paying only Rs.499/- p.a that the Company running with the name of "Pentacle Services" Unit of "Rapid Road Rangers" is a fraud / cheater company.
I got a call from their customer care dept. to avail their services they promised me to give the best services at my Door step 24 hrs., and have issued a cheque of Rs.499/- p.a. to them dt 8thapril 2009 and have being followingup with them since 13.04.09 as i want my AC to be service as per the promise.Firstly they said (Here i want to mention the name of the person whom i am calling Is Ms.Aditi Sharma Mobile No : [protected]) we can only avail the services after the cheque got cleared from my account now when the chq cleared she (Aditi Sharma) is disconnecting my calls and if i call from any other no she make a note of that no and never pickup those no's.
After all this i thought to register the complaint on the site and while searching on net i came to know that they have cheated more peoples like this even have spoken to one of the customer who got cheated by them just few months back and came came to know the more about them.
Therefore i request / advise that if any one of you got a call from Pentacle Services or Rapid Road Rangers please do not entertain them or believe on them as they seems to be a cheater who are doing fraud by making fool of the consumers like us.
PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE FRAUD OF PENTACLE SERVICES UNIT OF RAPID ROAD RANGERS.
