[Resolved]  Pentacle Services — Cheating on the name of providing services.

I am attaching the content of my conversation with them, where they have denied to refund back, even though they are not providing the services and now even no replies to my mail.

executive should have some kind of humbleness and empathy, but it was totally missing from
"Pallavi", instead it was looking like she has some personal problem with "executive named Aditi", and even on asking she never gave a call to her and said action will be taken against her.

Leaving all that apart finally I goto know that only after my payment reach you guys, I am gonna get the service, I even thought of canceling the service but then my account was debited by that time(On 19th february, 2009). So I thought lets give a try, and then someone from customer care promised that I will have executive at my place on saturday before 11:00 a.m and as usual to be on the suffering end, I had to wait, I even tried calling customer care multiple no of times, but they were just saying that I will
have executive at my place and my whole day was spent in waiting and finally after shouting on executive I got executive at home around 5 p.m. Still accepted atleast he turned up... coming to
1st week of march, don't remember the exact date, but that day I had absolutely no power at home, I found out the reason which was that my electricity meter was burnt, and since It was promised to me that when it is urgent issue, the facility will be provided on priority basis, but the another rude executive named "sandeep" denied, we cant send... He says we need 24 hrs to process the request. Now here I dont understand that why should the end user sit in the dark without any power for the known reason just cos, I have paid u guys.
Then he just denied and said, he will come tommrow before 11, but I had to get the electrician to whome I had to pay seprately, so Pentacle services are of no use to me when I required. But the
next day also the electrician came to my house at 12:45 p.m., So as per Pentacle services, do the person who takes up your services, needs to leave his/her job and sit at home, then I would like to say, your services are too costlier that person can even loose the job in such tough times to get the meter
fixed.

Then I had raised another request on friday, 6th march for plumber and electrician and the executive named yogita, I am not sure did promise me that plumber will come on saturday and electrician on
sunday both days before 11 or 12. But guess what no one turned up till evening 5. Then I had totally lost it. I called up customer care and asked for senior executive, but no one passed my call to senior person in office, but it seems there was no one and then I had to ask for refund or I move to consumer forum cos, It was huge amount of pain to get the things working from you guys and still then it isn't working.

Worst part is the consumer cannot even reach the senior officials. I would have asked for the person concerned repeatedly and on saturday, I was promised that I will get teh call and refund will be promised. But I neither got any call nor any refund and on monday When I give a call back, I was told

Kindly process the refund ASAP and let me know, the expected time duration, if possible, provide the money back, within the time you specify.

The first service was not at all delivered within 24 hrs, as my first request was not at all processed. that was my second request, and what would you like to tell about the request placed on last friday which was never fulfilled inspite of repeated reminder calls (for plumber and electrician).

Can you please also answer my following questions ??

1. What do you have to say about the non-transfer of the customer calls to the supervisor when asked ???

2. What do you have to say about the rude behavior of the executives over the calls.

3. What about the the promises your executives make over the call for processing the refunds ???

4. I agree the policies you have mentioned over the brochure, but do you yourself adhere with them ???

5. Who is responsible for the delay you guys make and according to your service or in order to get your service, person has to sit whole day at home as you guys commit 11:00 and come at 5 and in the mean time we have to make n no of calls(charges of that). All this I have experienced in your just 1 service, what you have mentioned in the mail above.

6. What about people cannot each the senior person over a call, and go through such long procedure.

7. What about the money we spend, for the other services taken in the meantime, where you don't provide us service ???

Yes, I agree with you they are cheaters and frauds. Their telephone number is always busy and they dont bother to reply to email. I have asked them to refund my Rs 699 (which they insisted they wanted in CASH) but they haven't done so far.

Yes i agree they are big cheats. I have also taken up their services for Rs 699.
They promised that services shall be provided with in 2 hrs of call and there was written commitment
of attending calls within 24 hrs. But when you call those guys they never come. I asked for refund
but they did not respond. This is a big fraud comany working in NCR region and should be black listed.
i agree with him.. I also have been fraud by these people. During the sales time they keeps on calling me atleast 20 -25 times a day. During the Sales time Garima (Sales Executive) told me that they service for all electric items except fridge and washingmachine. But once i have taken this service they are not ready to provide me service on my cooler, fan, iron box etc..

Surprisingly thier customer care executives are very rude.. and they dont know how to talk with the customer.. Pooja (Help line executive) was telling me that I am lying...I had asked for the refund she told that is not possble..

Do any body know how to register a case against them??

Pentacle Services — No Service even after a long time

Hello Sir/Madam

I took membership for pentacle services on 31st May 2009 in 699 rupees per annum and during registration they had given commitment for services within 24 hours .
I requested for 1st service on 12th Jun for plumber and they confirmed me for 13th but I didn't get any service . I called them on 13th and I got to know that I will get service on 14th but again I didn't get any service . Everyday I followed them and I got only one response that you will get services tomorrow but it never happened .
I asked them to transfer the call to their seniors but they refused by saying that they don't have numbers .
I got sudden first call on 16th (after 4 days) at 5.30 PM when I was outside from my home and I asked him to come within next one hour but he said that he will come tomorrow and again I didn't get any service .
Till today I am doing just follow ups and no positive response .

This is the pathetic service I have ever seen and I have a feeling that I have been cheated .
I am not much concerned about 699 rupees but I feel that some strict actions should be taken against them so that such companies could not make fool out of innocent people .

Pentacle Services — No service from the company

Dear Sir,

I have taken one Home Emergencies Service the company name Pentacle Services the agent come to my home and commite me that you get 18 free service from the company weather it is of Computer, Electrical, Carpentry, Plumbing, A/C, the agent commite me that it will take 5 days to register the company issue me a card and give me the PR no-5875 every day i use to call pentacle services but the company dosen't provide any service to me they charge Rs-699/ for the services every day i used to call 5 to 10 times but no one will listen i don't know what to do.

I am also a victim of pentacle service fraud. I have seen on various sites that there are lot of peoples who are just complaining against them on mail n all but I m very frustrated as they told me that they will refund my money but now not picking up my phone.

Now i am planning to take some legal action against these frauds. I have met with lawyer and my lawyer told me that if there are other people who are the victim of this fraud company, a complaint can be lodged in the police station and the owner will be arrested.

What I wanna say that 'hum log yeh soch kar chup ho jaate hain ki 500 rs to hain aur yeh cheater aur logo ko cheat karte rajte hain.' So now my plan is to make a group of victims and LETS PUT JOINT CASE AND FIGHT TOGETHER.Through media other peoples should know how they guys are running their fraud business.
I am searching for other victims and plan to file a case within some days. Please reply me on this.

I think Rajesh is right here, lets put a case against these cheaters.

My service request is pending for past 35 days and they are still asking for more time, what all i can say.

Myself Anita Bhatnagar, New Delhi register with Pentacle Services on Mar'2009, would like to bring to the notice all the consumers those who want the "Home Emergiency" services at their door step by just paying only Rs.499/- p.a that the Company running with the name...Fraud company, Fraud management. If i will meet them i will give slaps on their faces and will ask why they are cheating the people by begging.

It is strange that the three telephone no's viz.45088112, 45088113 and 45097377 are non-functional i.e. all the three no's are out of service as the recorded message says once we dial these no's.So it seems that the pentacle services has closed down their business after duping me and may be others like me of Rs.499/= and there is no way they can be contacted on phone.May God bless them and they come out with some innovative ideas of how to cheat people and make quick easy money.My PR. No.is 3656 and they took the payment by cheque.
I want to complain abount pentacle services. They have taken Rs. 499 as AMC for one year, but they are not giving the service at all. Whenever we dial the helpline no/ customer care no., there is no response or no. is busy, even you call in night also. That means they have cheated us and taken the money, and we cannot contact them as the point of contact is telephone no which is not working.

I want that somebody will take action against these types fraud companies.
