[Resolved] Freecharge.in — Amount deducted but no recharge received.

I did a recharge of Rs. 310 into my Airtel Digital Tv account from freecharge.in. According to them it was a successful transaction but no value was added to my Dth account and according to the airtel dth customer care no recharge attempt was made to the account. So it clearly seems to be a problem at freecharge.in end. They are super slow in their online support and their is no contact number for voice communication even.
Sheer nonsense and waste of time.
